Job Description-

We are looking for a React Native Lead interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

Responsibilities

Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms. Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms. Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native. Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things. Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality. Transition existing React web apps to React Native.

Skills

Firm grasp of the JavaScript {​{​and TypeScript or ClojureScript}​}​ language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax Knowledge of {​{​functional or object-oriented}​}​ programming Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle {​{​Android Studio, IntelliJ}​}​ Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage Experience with automated testing suites, like {​{​Jest or Mocha}​}​

Responsibility :

• Create multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using the Flutter development framework.
• Flutter is very new, so even if you have never launched a production Flutter app, familiarity with it is important.
• Experience developing with Dart, whether with Flutter or for the web.
• Experience contributing to and managing high-scale production mobile apps.
• Proficient in using version control and continuous integration, with tools such as Github.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Responsible for developing and designing front end mobile architecture in flutter, ensuring the responsiveness of mobile applications and working alongside graphic designers for full-stack developers, among other jobs.

Requirements :

• Able to self-manage and attention to detail.
• Have built At least two Android and/or iOS apps.
• Proven working experience in software development.
• Working experience in mobile development.
• Have published one or more mobile apps in Google Play or App Store.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including automated testing and building.
• Experience working in an agile development process.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

This person MUST have:

• BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent
• Mobile app development experience.
• Good understanding of the full mobile development life cycle,strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Strong React Native experience
• Understanding of APIs, pagination,searching,sorting
• Creating high performance UI etc.
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Android Studio, Gradle.
• Leverage native APIsfor deep integrations with both platforms.
• Strong communication skills.

Experience:

• Min 3 year experience
• Not more than 15 year experience.

Mandatory: Hands on experience working with Swift 3 , Swift 4. Very strong logical skills. Good hold on operating system concepts and data structure. Experience with web services , core-data , camera kit , image caching concepts, keychain , past experience working with one of the design patterns like MVC / MVVM / Viper , network check.

Good to have: Rx-Swift experience , video / image filter experience , media player usage , complex UX effects , couch-db , RealM.Knowledge of GIT management , Continuous Integration and Continuous Development practices.

• 5+ years of industry experience in developing mobile applications, web and/or large-scale enterprise products
• Mobile Development Experience: Swift, Objective-C, and Xcode
• Familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines
• Experience with standard mobile architectures (MVC, MVVM, MVP, etc)
• Ability to effectively apply software design patterns and architectural principles
• Knowledgeable in building complex user interfaces
• Skillful at writing effective unit and behavioral tests
• Experience with software development processes (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc)
