Role & Responsibilities

We are building our founding team and are looking for folks who are excited to get their hands dirty in a 0 to 1 journey. If you are expecting a fully working playbook that you can execute upon, Zenskar is probably not the right fit for you at this point. You will directly work with the founders.

Outbound sales is a critical to generating meetings with qualified prospects. You will lay the foundation for and execute upon our outbound sales strategy.

The primary objective is to generate leads and setup meetings with qualified prospects by optimizing our outbound sales machinery - iterating on channels, messaging, ICP (ideal customer profile), tooling etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital marketing and web designs.
• Generate leads via email, social outreach, networking, and bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.).
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored digital solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Manage and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

Responsibilities:

● Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

● Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel potential students to help them understand our various courses and make better learning choices.

• Conduct detailed profiling of the learner to understand the student career aspirations and learning ability and pitch the right program

• Managing the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned. This will include understanding the lead profile, identifying the need, pitching the right course, sales closing, and post sales relationship management.

• Execute prompt inquiries, follow-ups with leads through phone and emails.

• Build sales pipeline/opportunities to achieve the assigned targets

• Fee tracking and follow up.

• Adhere to sales process, productivity, and quality parameters.

Skill Requirements
