Responsibilities & Duties:

Making Call to Customers, Maintaining the Database, Online Sales

Maintain a relations with the existing clients and ask to upgrade their packages or renewals

Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made to clients.

Will be responsible for client retention, per client revenue optimization & renewals.

Handle `client queries/escalations.

Should have effective sales & negotiation ability.

Interacting with vendors for product upload in their respective Domain.

Manage and create product listing and another day to day activities on portal

Improve Customer perception and product-wise market share, a good understanding of technical and market feasibility of the product.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Online and Concept Sales

Skills: Proficient Written & Verbal Communication Skills in English

Qualifications: Any Graduate

Must have laptop

Desired Candidate :

• Experience in Node.JS working with large scale backend applications
• Expertise in any Relational or NoSQL databases and any of caching databases
• Experience in integrating with RESTful/GraphQL APIs and Microservice APIs
• Good problem solving and debugging skill
• Good knowledge of engineering excellence: Unit Testing/TDD, Code quality,
• Documentation, CI&CD
• Exposure on event-driven, asynchronous I/O
• Experience in Linux development and AWS ecosystem tools
• Experience in non-functional requirements (Scalability, Performance optimisation, Security)

Responsibility

• Driving performance campaigns across Mobile, Desktop, App/APK
• Identifying and onboarding new affiliates and monitoring affiliate promotions
• Maintaining stimulating relationships with the current affiliates
• Lead business development initiatives for user growth
• Continually motivating affiliates to perform better
• Keeping track of affiliate performance, lead quality, and payments
• Strong Media buying & negotiation skills
• Hands-on understanding of the affiliate ecosystem; ideally large-scale platform experiences.
• Good working knowledge with 3rd party affiliate platforms (Affise, hasOffers, AppsFlyer, Apsalar, etc.)
• A good understanding of Earned Media would be an advantage

• Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.
