Required:

●  Possess in-depth knowledge of GDS systems, specifically Galileo and sabre

●  Demonstrate proficiency in managing both international and domestic ticketing operations

●   Strong understanding of city codes, airport codes, and airline hubs.

●   Excellent communication skill in both written and verbal formats

●   Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends

As an SDET - QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality of our software applications. You will work closely with developers and product management to ensure test coverage and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test scripts using various frameworks.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results.
• Collaborate with developers to identify test cases and ensure adequate coverage.
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality standards.
• Identify, log, and track bugs to resolution.
• Maintain and improve existing test automation frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with scripting and/or programming languages such as Java
• Familiarity with test management and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Experience with Rest Assured
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to recognize risks and errors in an application.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What you will do:

• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, explainer videos, websites, marketing demos, etc.)
• Prepare storyboard for motion graphic project.
• Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Research and analyse best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.

Experience Range: 

Proven 3-4  years of work experience as a Motion Designer. Must have worked on digital marketing creatives. Having worked in the app product space is a huge plus. 

Technical Expertise:

• Portfolio of work demonstrating command of Motion Design.
• Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined output in a short time.
• Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, After effects, Premiere and Animate.

The Product Designer will be responsible for driving design ideation, planning and prioritization of the diverse range of products of Synapsica.

• Drive user research, create detailed user journeys,user behavior and take appropriate design decisions backed by user-behavior and data. Define design strategies by analyzing data models and derive best practices within the team.
• Drive design ideation, planning,  and prioritization of our diverse range of products and features.
• Work closely in a small and agile team to iteratively improve user experience
• Take new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing and production.
