About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Calypso Developer with strong expertise in L2/L3 support and DevOps methodologies to join our engineering team.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous integration/delivery of our Calypso applications. Roles & Responsibilities
L2/L3 Support & Application Maintenance
- Provide high-quality L2 and L3 technical support for the Calypso platform, diagnosing and resolving complex production issues, system bottlenecks, and data discrepancies.
- Analyze application logs, thread dumps, and database queries to troubleshoot root causes of failures in a timely manner.
- Own and manage critical incident response, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to strict SLAs.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, clearing houses, and trading desks to resolve functional and technical queries related to Back-Office, Middle-Office, and market data interfaces.
- Implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Calypso deployments using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or TeamCity.
