Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp and high-ownership Founder’s Office Associate to work closely with the Co-founder CTO on strategic, branding, and operational initiatives.

This is a technical but non-coding role — ideal for someone who understands engineering concepts and can engage meaningfully with technical teams, but does not want to pursue a core software development career.

You will act as a bridge between the CTO and internal engineering teams, ensuring alignment, speed, and clarity across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with the CTO on high-priority strategic initiatives

Coordinate closely with the engineering team to track progress and unblock execution

Translate complex technical discussions into clear documentation, decks, and internal updates

Drive internal operational processes and improve team workflows

Support hiring initiatives, partnerships, and special projects

Create high-quality content including internal memos, product narratives, and thought leadership pieces

Bring structure to ambiguity and ensure action-oriented follow-through

Who We’re Looking For

Recent graduate (0–2 years experience) from IITs, BITS, or other top-tier institutes

Strong technical foundation with an engineering or computer science background

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Structured thinker with strong analytical ability

Comfortable interacting with engineers and understanding technical systems

Not actively looking to pursue a core coding role

Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and ownership driven

• 5 to 10 years of end-to-end development using Java & UI technology (ReactJS)

• Systems: REST & Graphql API’s, WSDL, XML JASON. Integration protocol, data exchanges between systems. Magento, Logistics, ERP integration experience
• Role: Will be responsible for developing and integrating API framework. Build service layer.
• Education : B.Tech – CSE, premium institute
• Experience : 3-6 Years, High transactional website, multiple system integration, AWS, Middleware and MySQL, MongoDB, Restful API. Team player, Passion for Coding. Magento eCommerce system design and database is desirable

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Creating insurance and sales related courses and curriculum

● Designing courses based on customers’ needs and understanding

● Using a good blend of different E-learning formats like videos, pdfs, flashcards, etc

● Designing different levels of digital learning paths for the user based on their previous understanding

● Research and content creation for video content, ebooks, podcasts, microlearning etc

SKILLS REQUIRED

● Strong understanding of insurance and personal finance

● Experience working with either content or training in an insurance company

● Experience in creating eLearning modules

● Hands-on experience in analyzing customer needs and creating content and solutions based on the same

● Software Proficiency on Articulate 360, (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio), Camtasia, Captivate is an add on

● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel )

● Ability to write content that is clear, concise, and grammatically correct

● Ability to self-manage multiple development projects and deadlines

● A basic understanding of spoken Hindi would be helpful

● Ability to work in a team environment

● Ability to take feedback and incorporate it into the development of projects

Job Description:

Mandatory Skills:

Should have strong working experience with Cloud technologies like AWS and Azure.

Should have strong working experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Rundeck.

Must have experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.

Must have working knowledge on tools like Terraform.

Must be good at Scripting Languages like shell scripting and python.

Should be expertise in DevOps practices and should have demonstrated the ability to apply that knowledge across diverse projects and teams.

Preferable skills:

Experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Puppet, JIRA, gitlab and Jfrog.

Experience in scripting languages like groovy.

Experience with GCP

Summary & Responsibilities:

 Write build pipelines and IaaC (ARM templates, terraform or cloud formation).

 Develop ansible playbooks to install and configure various products.

 Implement Jenkins and Rundeck jobs( and pipelines).

 Must be a self-starter and be able to work well in a fast paced, dynamic environment

 Work independently and resolve issues with minimal supervision.

 Strong desire to learn new technologies and techniques

 Strong communication (written / verbal ) skills

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

4+ years of experience in DevOps and AWS.

2+ years of experience in Python, Shell scripting and Azure.
