Create exciting information visualizations enabling the user to instantly understand the data in the right context, spot patterns, trends and relations in a self-service manner. · Collaborate with designers, developers, and external project partners to ensure designs are implemented as effective user experiences. · Participate in, and integrate feedback from user research. · Define and design use cases, workflows and storyboards describing how the user would interact with easy-to-use, data visualization apps. · Identify all elements of interaction and navigation, and lay them out within a screen so they direct the user without confusion or error. · Create consumer grade usable designs using wireframes and prototypes. · Present your designs in team design reviews as well as to the extended group of internal stakeholders. · Participate in iterative design, testing and development sprint cycles to refine the overall product. · Support marketing activities (e.g. collateral development) around the successful launch of emerging solutions on multiple platforms

• Coordinate with design/content teams to ensure SEO standards are met.
3. Brand, Content & Communication
• Oversee the creation of marketing content — blogs, emails, social posts, brochures,
case studies, videos, and presentations.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure cohesive communication across the
organisation.
• Work with internal and external creative teams for design and content execution.
4. Exhibitions, Events & Offline Marketing
• Lead planning and execution of marketing for exhibitions and trade shows.
• Support stall layout planning, branding materials, and event promotions.
• Manage lead handling and coordination before, during, and after events.
5. Lead Management & CRM Collaboration
• Ensure prompt assignment of incoming leads to the respective territory managers.
• Track lead flow, progress, and campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve follow-up quality and conversion tracking.
6. Market Research & Data Management
• Conduct competitive research, pricing insights, and industry analysis.
• Prepare scraping data and market intelligence reports.
• Support management with MIS and performance dashboards.
7. Performance Analysis & Reporting
• Monitor marketing KPIs across both digital and offline activities.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
• Conduct A/B tests and track results for continuous optimisation.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a marketing role (preferably B2B).

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Guide a team of customer support associates on customer issue investigation and resolution by applying understanding of GST compliance requirements, GSTN APIs, Eway Bill APIs and E-Invoicing APIs etc.
- Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
- Analysing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems, to guide support team
- Updating self-help documents or preparing FAQ’s, to build knowledge base of support team on issues raised by ASP Partners and Corporates.
- Ensure timely response to customers with accurate guidance for issue resolution, by measuring the performance of support team on response SLA and quality of response.
