Business Development Executive:

We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients and encouraging extant clients to purchase the Software and Products.

To be successful as a BDE, you should attend networking events to attract and retain clients. Ultimately, an outstanding BDE will keep a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

●Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

●Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness

●Meet personal and team sales targets

●Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads

●Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory

●Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

●Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

●Maintaining meaningful relationships with clients to ensure productive long-lasting relationships.

●Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Design, architect, and drive implementation of entire products and key engineering features

● Plan and track the development and release schedules, and provide visible leadership in crisis

● Establish and follow best practices, including coding standards and technical task management

● Involve in the end-to-end architecture design and implementation

● Deal with a dynamic project or feature with changing requirements

● Recruit, motivate and develop a superior team, establish a clear definition of functional excellence and create a culture based on those practices

Experience and Skills you MUST have:

● Web application development and micro-services architecture using JavaScript, Python, and JavaScript libraries and ReactJs and other web technologies - HTML, CSS, and JS

● Experience with RDBMS or NoSQL Database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and Redis

● End to end deployment and DevOps using - Kubernetes, Docker, GCP Stack

● Knowledge of Jenkins, Prometheus, New Relic, and other tools

● Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests

● Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflict

Job Description:

1. Developing the latest user-facing features using React.js.
2. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality and responsive screens.
3. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
4. Learn and understand user interactions & Translate designs and wireframes
into high-quality code.
5. Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
6. Creating servers and databases for functionality and coordinating with various
teams working on distinct layers.
7. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be involved from conception to

Skill Requirements:

1. Full-stack experience designing and building scalable applications end-to-end.

• Good knowledge of utilities like import, load & export under high volume conditions.
• Ability to tune SQLs using db2advisor & db2explain.
• Ability to troubleshoot database issues using db2diag, db2pd, db2dart, db2top tec.
• Administration of database objects.
• Capability to review & assess features or upgrades to existing components.
• Experience in validating security aspects on a confidential database.
• Hands-on experience in SSL communication setup, strong access control, and database hardening.
• Experience in performing productive DB recovery and validating crash recovery.

• Knowledge of ITIL concepts (Service operation & transition)
