Role: Senior Full Stack Lead (Backend Focus)

We have an urgent requirement for a Senior Full Stack Lead with strong backend expertise and solid solutioning experience and development experience

The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of designing scalable solutions, and experienced in leading development across web and mobile platforms.

Key Expectations:

• Experience in Healthcare / Insurance domain (good to have)
• Hands-on experience building mobile applications (important) and web applications throughout career
• Experience with applications deployed to App Store / Play Store

Mandatory Skills:

• Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Key skills : Python, Numpy, Panda, SQL, ETL 

Roles and Responsibilities:

- The work will involve the development of workflows triggered by events from other systems

- Design, develop, test, and deliver software solutions in the FX Derivatives group

- Analyse requirements for the solutions they deliver, to ensure that they provide the right solution

- Develop easy to use documentation for the frameworks and tools developed for adaption by other teams

Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python

- Must have unit testing and debugging skills

- Good problem solving and analytical skills

- Python packages such as NumPy, Scikit learn

- Testing and debugging applications.

- Developing back-end components.

Job Description

• Independently own one or more multiple modules, which includes: requirement analysis, design, development, maintenance & support
• Write extensive, efficient code to address complex modules and that handles interaction between multiple components.
• Rapidly iterate to add new functionalities and solves complex problems with simple and intuitive solutions
• Produce architecture with clean interfaces, that are efficient and scalable
• Participate and contribute to architectural discussions
• Perform design and code reviews
• Perform technical feasibility and trade off studies & guides others to perform these studies
• Solve production issues. Investigate and provide solutions to minimize the business impact due to outage
• Continuously improve performance metrics of modules you own.
• Collaborate effectively across teams to solve problems, execute and deliver results

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience in MERN stack
• A deep understanding of JavaScript
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with Unit and Integration tests
• Experience with CI/CD
• Experience with MathJax/Latex
• Experience with large scale video streaming

3+ years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS. Should be well versed with its asynchronous nature, event loop, promises, and callbacks.

Node expressProficient in Node.js and working knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and frameworks ( React.js)

Experience in Node JS MVC framework and Rest API frameworks like Express.

Experience developing desktops.

Experience in Mongo DB.

Familiarity with using AWS components.

Postman for documenting/testing APIs.

WordPress Developer Responsibilities:

• Designing and building the website front-end.
• Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
• Generating Word Press themes and plugins.
• Conducting website performance tests.

 Required key skills:- 

• Must have knowledge on custom word press, also page builder and elementor.
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.

Key responsibilities:

• Involved into discussion of design and development of new feature enhancement.
• Involved in integration with the IoT devices over the TCP binary protocol.
• Involved in design and development of Web API to expose the data uploaded by devices to third party applications.
• Coordinating with the testing team for fixing bugs.
• Coordinating with firmware (Embedded) team for device integration.
• End to end design and development of modules.

As part of the founding team, the tech lead will have various responsibilites, such as designing the app architecture, writing the first version of the app from scratch, and building and leading the core technical team. 

Following key skills are expected : 

1. Strong grasp for good product design.
2. Minimum 2 Years Experience working with Node.js, MySQL/PostgresQL.
3. Should have excellent coding skills in Javascript/ES6.
4. Strong conceptual grasp of React Native or Flutter and minimum 1 year experience in the same.
5. Strong knowledge of AWS.
6. Good product architectural sensibilities to take product from concept to implementation
7. Deep understanding of OO concepts, Database design, REST APIs, GraphQL & Service design. 
8. Knowledge of agile development and version control tools like GIT.
