Role : Talent Acquisition Manager

Requirement

10+ years of experience in HR with major exposure in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the IT industry.

•  Identify talent needs and translate them into an agreed recruitment plan, aimed at the fulfilment of the needs within time, budget and quality constraints.
•  Develop an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role.
•  Conduct in-depth vacancy intake discussions leading to agreement with hiring manager on proposed recruitment plan.
•  Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, educate them on market dynamics and constantly evolve the recruitment process.
•  Create a hiring plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
•  Coordinate, Schedule and Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.

•  Build an “Employer Brand” in the Talent Market and Drive
• Improvements in the Talent Acquisition Process
•  Collaborate with marketing and communications teams for integrated branding campaigns.
•  Monitor and improve onboarding satisfaction scores and early attrition rates by tracking feedback from new recruits across.
•  Coordinate with HR operations, IT, medical admin, and business functions to ensure Day 1 readiness (system access, ID cards, induction slotting, etc.).
•  Ensure fast TAT, high-quality selection, and seamless onboarding process management.
•  Develop KPI dashboards (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, interview-to-offer ratio) and present insights into leadership.

JOB PROFILE: - SOFTWARE ENGINEER TRAINEE

Experience with Web fundamentals like HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, and JSP, etc.

Good understanding of Object-Oriented JavaScript (OOJS), ES6,

Hands-on exp in Web app development using modern client-side MVC frameworksusing ReactJS

Thorough understanding of ReactJs and its core principles

Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM,etc.

Experience developing custom reusable components in ReactJS

Proficient understanding of unit testing using JavaScript test frameworks like JEST

Experience integrating REST APIs

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

Technical Skills Required:

• A graduate in computers or Engineering from a reputed university. 
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft C#.Net technology.
• Hands-on experience in C#, WPF, MVVM architecture
• Knowledge of TCP/IP socket programming is a plus
• Strong in OOPs concept & SQL Server.
• Windows desktop application, Dot Net, C#, Entity Framework, WPF, XAML, Unity3D.
• Building structural and architectural domain knowledge, Automobile domain knowledge
• Microsoft certification on Azure (blob storage)
• Fair understanding of HTML, CSS, Web Application, Windows Store App, Design Patterns

·      Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative means to identify and attract potential candidates for non-IT roles.

·      Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the organization.

·      Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

·      Evaluate candidates' suitability for the position based on their experience, qualifications, and alignment with the company's values and culture.

·      Maintain positive relationships with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the hiring process and providing timely feedback.

·      Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other tools to manage candidate data and maintain accurate records of the recruitment process.

·      Extend job offers to successful candidates and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

·      Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and recruitment best practices to enhance sourcing strategies and candidate selection.

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer with 4+ years of experience who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products are very important.
