•  Design, build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.
• Build pixel-perfect, smooth UIs across both Android and iOS mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Integrate third-party API's.
• Write unit and integration tests.
• Release applications to IOS and Google Play stores.
• Work with native modules when required.
• Assist with building estimates.
• Work with modern tools including Jira, GitHub, Bitbucket etc.
• Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent   user experience.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• 3+ years of professional experience working with React Native.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience Working with Swift, Objective C, and Java a plus but not required.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take ownership over your work.
• An understanding of React Native best practices and a commitment to following them.
• Ability to work through new and difficult React Native issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications.

Desired Experience skills:-
Passion for all things Mobile and have built complex Mobile Applications with React Native for at least 2 years.
Have shipped apps on either the iOS App Store or Android Play Store, and are intimately familiar with their workflows.
Comfortable with jest for writing unit and integration tests / appium for end-end testing.
Intuition for usability and UI design, with an ability to balance polish with the constraints oftiming and scope.
Curiosity to remain updated with the newest technologies and frameworks.
Comfort with any of WebRTC/Backend Stack/React JS is a strong plus.

We're looking for an experienced and mature engineer (2-6 yrs experience), who wants to build incredible products while shaping the architecture, tools, and engineering culture of our company

Responsibilities:

• Architect and build our native Android application using Java or Kotlin.
• Set up our backend using either the MEAN (Mongo, Node) or Django stack.
• Collaborate with the design team on feasibility and design reviews.
• Set up DevOps processes - CI/CD and release management.
• Hire an additional backend engineer to scale the application based on requirements.

Requirements:

• You possess strong computer science fundamentals.
• You have native Android application development skills - with Java/Kotlin as a framework.
• You have strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• You have built backends for mobile applications - using the MEAN or Django stack.
• You have some mobile app projects that are worthy of public view (Play Store, Github).

Analyzing the client requirements & functional specification
• Good in Design (Design Pattern), Drupal/Symfony / Laravel /YII Framework, Javascript, AJAX
• Experience on YII Framework.
• Converting customer specifications to web application using Open Source PHP, Mysql, Ajax, Java Script.
• Manage complete Life Cycle of Web Application
