QuitSure is founded by alumni of IIT, IIM, and Stanford University. It is one of the most effective quit-smoking mobile apps in the world. The Role

Your role will be to work with our product manager, backend developer, and QA testers to:

• Architect and build new features.
• Build pixel-perfect, buttery-smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes.
• Ensure quality and cleanliness of code
• Ensure releases are published in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the development agency that is currently responsible for building our app

Qualifications

We are looking for a star React Native developer to continuously improve our platform and implement new features. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing fast, efficient systems, clean modular code and high-quality user experiences. You will have had at least 2 years of React Native development experience and have:

• A firm grasp of React Native in particular, and the nuances of the JavaScript language in general.
• The ability to write well-documented, clean, modular code
• Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, etc
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
• Knowledge of the fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Other presentation-layer languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, etc.) are a plus

• Meeting with the product team to discuss ideas and specifications.
• Establishing strategy and development pipelines.

- Develop hybrid mobile app for iOS and Android platform using Flutter framework

Developed at least 2 apps and live

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, 
• 4-8 years of hands-on Experience in React native js  
• Develop Hybrid Apps using React Native and integrate them with back-end services.
• Navigation model in Mobile apps.
• Minimum 3yrs of exp in building React native apps for android and iOS Solid understanding of iOS and Android ecosystems.
• Must have worked on hardware integration with the apps.
• Understanding of various navigation models in mobile apps Good at debugging, testing, performance optimization.
• Interpersonal skills: good team player, ready to take challenges ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Able to build and maintain awesome react native applications with good code quality
• Implement pixel-perfect UI's that match designs.
• Work with native modules when required.
• Have developed at least 1 iOS/Android app which has been deployed in both Appstore and Google Play
• Excellent understanding of solid coding skills in React Native)
• Have a good understanding of REST APIs

We are currently looking to hire a Software Developer to join our dynamic team. We noticed your profile and we believe your skills and expertise are a better match for this role.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React and React native. 
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Android Studio
• Good understanding of UI/UX, app preformation, memory optimisation, delivery feasibility, coding best practices, design principles.
• Understanding of mobile applications development (Deployment and release process, Building, architectures, design patterns, release etc.)
• Experience with React JS state management libraries such as Redux or Mobx
• Experience with ES6, typescript and common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, Yarn etc.
• Knowledge of RDBMS/NoSQL databases. 

• B.Tech/BCA/MCA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

• Developing new user-facing features using React Native and React.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of devices and browsers

What is required

• 1+ years of experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Strong experience in React Native and/or React JS and their core principles
• Ability to take ownership of code as well as the end to end functionality
• Experience with popular workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Experience with middleware for API calling( such as Saga or Thunk)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, Yarn, NPM, etc.
• Familiarity
