Python developer experienced 5+ Years in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications with a strong focus on API integration. Must demonstrate proficiency in RESTful API consumption, third-party service integration, and troubleshooting API-related issues.

Desired Skill Sets: 

-Possess a proven track record of accomplishments in the areas of Requirement Scoping, Functional Analysis, Technology Solution Design (nice to have), Effort and Cost Estimation, Proposal Preparation, Client Presentations, and Cross-Functional Collaboration.

-Negotiation and solution drafting Skills 

-Should have worked on presales role in terms of guiding on Innovations in Solution, Proposal Flow, Value proposition, etc. for opportunities that include Fixed Price, T&M, and Service-based engagements.  

-Significant exposure to various technology stacks across the Digital landscape, Next Gen. Technologies (AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT) UX, Mobility, Platform Development, e-commerce, Cloud Ops, etc. 

Responsibilities: 

-Conduct initial requirements gathering with clients to elicit key business requirements and project/ system objectives. 

-Manage the entire proposal lifecycle, which includes understanding & finalizing the scope of work, technical & functional solution review with the Engineering teams, commercials with the Finance team, and proposal submission. 

-Lead and create customized proposals in response for different leads and RFP’s.  

-Liaising between internal departments to ensure all requirements are met, which may include effort estimates, system architecture and wireframes. 

-Identify key features to be included in a Proof-of-Concept (POC)/ Solution Demo if requested by the Client, and lead POC team in the development of this POC. 

-Ensuring that the team meets customer requirements and adds value to the customer ecosystem. 

-Maintaining a Knowledge Base of ongoing technical projects and case studies to build an institutional memory of reference-ability. 

-Coordinate with the Sales, Engineering/delivery, and other internal teams and ensure the highest quality proposals are delivered on time. 

-Market research of the latest tech and business trends, exploring business opportunities in conjunction with the organization capabilities. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of a Single Page Application (SPA) and it's components in Typescript: deployed and optimized for progressive mobile and browsers using Angular 2 and Ionic 2 frameworks.
• Creating custom, general use modules and smart components which extend the elements and modules of core Angular framework.
• Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components in Typescript and using responsive HTML and CSS.
• Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts.
• Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Should have experience with CSS 3, SCSS, Java script and HTML5.
• Full-time knowledge of Angular practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience. Or 2 Year or more experience with other industry-leading frameworks like React.
• Minimum 1-year experience in working and extending one of the CSS or UI frameworks like Ng-lightening, Angular-material

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work on time
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback

7+ years of experience with Design, development & architecture.

• Experience in software development with minimum 3 plus years of architecture experience.
• Experience in Core JAVA 8
• Experience in Java J2EE, Microservices
• Experience in Java - Spring, Java - SpringBoot, GCP , Hibernate,JDBC
• Experience in Multi-threading, Performance and Scaling is a plus
• Have used the RDBMS and NoSQL databases like MySQL/Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J Risk for production ready software’s
• Cloud Native application design experience is a plus
• CICD – Release Pipeline experience
• Experience in application of principles of Architecture Design
• Experience building large scale, high performance distributed systems
• Strong understanding of modern development techniques and processes such as Dev Ops /Cloud
• Promoter of Agile/Scrum, TDD and CI/CD best practices
• Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs. (Code must be used in core version of applications available for sale commercially.)
• Interacts with Delivery managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
• Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.
• Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
• Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.
• Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
• Trains and communicates with internal Client Training, Client Relationship and Sales teams on systems application.
• May be responsible for developing or executing project plans, budgets and schedules and for documenting work and results.
