Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails and digital channels.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations remotely.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Handle customer objections effectively and negotiate deals.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular pipeline updates to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport with customers.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Responsibilities of a Senior Software Engineer (Backend):

• You will be a guide in the entire application lifecycle including research, design, development, testing (dev owns quality), along with continuous deployment and delivery
• Lead design with a major focus on best user experience, performance, scalability and future expansion
• You will act as a mentor for less-experienced peers through both your technical knowledge and leadership skills to bring in continuous improvements and implement best practices.
• You will apply the latest technology thinking from our tech radar, adopt best design practices to solve complex problems and ensure our product is the best in usability.
• You will work directly with the CEO and the cross functional product teams, align on the needs of the products and operations.

• You have 4-6 Years of work experience in building highly-interactive applications using Java, Spring MVC, Spring JMS, Spring JDBC, Spring IOC, Spring Boot, MySQL, MiBatis, ReactJS, Java Script, jQuery, AWS, JMS and have knowledge on wide range of web technologies, tools and Frameworks.
• You have experience in working with Restful webservices
• You have strong knowledge and understanding of design patterns and domain driven design
• You understand fundamental design principles behind building scalable, resilient, and maintainable applications 
• You have functional knowledge of inclusive design: accessibility, and related tooling
• You have consumer web development experience for high-traffic, public facing web applications

You will be getting leads from the company. You need to builds and maintains business relationships with new and existing customers. Roles and Responsibilities

• Devising solutions for the client by identifying and configuring the technology, data and processes that improve media targeting, and deepen analytical learning. This can encompass comprehensive audits of a client’s current setup, as well as leading data and tech partner evaluations, and defining measurement frameworks to capture the most valuable signals
• Aid in data partner discovery, vetting, onboarding and cataloguing, providing the relevant teams with a view on the latest solutions in the market, as well as current trends and issues relating to data management
• Support the implementation of client audience data strategy programs, specifically how client data is captured, managed, enhanced (through partnerships), deployed and measured for effectiveness, working closely with adjacent disciplines in Planning, AdOps, Activation and Analytics to ensure audience management best practices flow down and through all client media campaigns
• Maintain strong, effective relationships with key partners and suppliers within the ad/mar-tech data space
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including communicating with them on subjects outside your remit, and build a reputation for excellence in communication 

Desired background experience:

Required

• Demonstrable knowledge of the ad tech and data landscape, including hands-on experience managing audience data, for your own company or your clients. This includes, a working knowledge of the leading data management platforms (DMPs), customer data platforms (CDPs), knowledge of data onboarding and cross-device matching approaches and an understanding of the tools and technologies that can activate this data (e,g, DSPs, social platforms)
• Familiarity with and experienced in working with cloud-based data solutions (e.g. Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web services) and tools within (e.g. BigQuery, Ads Data Hub) for data warehousing, insight generation and/or deployment.
• Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key; You must be able to analyze raw data, draw insights and develop actionable recommendations as needed
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, able to build and develop strong relationships with, and communicate effectively with people at all levels of seniority; in-agency, client-side, and in the supplier space  
• Strong organizational skills, including experience with resource management, to effectively manage smooth flow of work through agency

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• You will create REST/GraphQL based web services and APIs for consumption by mobile and web for distributed B2B platform 
• You will code, test and operate Nodejs based services
• You willI implement new features in a highly collaborative environment with product managers, UI/UX experts, and fellow engineers
• You will contribute to a future-ready, high quality, and performance code base
• You will share your technical solutions and product ideas with the team

• You have experience in backend development, using languages like Node.JS and Golang
• You have used TypeScript extensions
• You are familiar with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or CouchDB, Web services, SOA patterns
• You have good working knowledge of design patterns, building and deploying microservices on the cloud
• You have hands on experience with REST APIs or GraphQL
• You have experience with Test Driven Development and know when to apply it
• You have knowledge of web libraries and frameworks such as ReactJS/VueJS, AngularJS, and Clojure
• You have experience working on AWS or other cloud stacks and Docker 
• You have experience building / consuming OpenAPI and GraphQL specifications
• You have experience building microservices systems and testing them
• You have experience building systems with high data protection requirements, anonymous data and data encryption

• You have worked with Blockchain technology
• You have domain expertise working with decentralised identity solutions 
• You have experience of building systems that require cryptography
