Key Responsibilities:
- Understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints to design intuitive interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Design visually consistent, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end design solutions.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI guidelines for consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, UX principles, and accessibility standards.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
