Job Title - Technical Interview Coordinator

Location – Bhopal (WFO)

Working Days- 5 (Monday- Friday)

Shift Timings - 12:00pm to 9:00pm IST

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate all stages of the technical interview process (phone screens, coding challenges, panel interviews, final rounds, etc.).
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and interviewer availability.
• Manage interview logistics, including calendar invites, video conference links, onsite coordination.
• Maintain candidate data and interview status in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Troubleshoot any last-minute changes or technical issues during interviews.
• Monitor and follow up on interview feedback, ensuring timely responses and next steps.
• Support continuous improvement of interview operations through data tracking and process optimization.

Preparing Business Case for new projects in alignment with BU Head and Business

Solutioning Team.

 Developing the commercial strategy and the commercial direction of projects

 Monitoring the progress of projects

 Review use cases and other technical documents to ensure business requirements are

adequately reflected in planning documents.

 Develop MIS aligned to critical performance metrics identified.

 Oversee the AOP exercise of the Region/ BU and monitor actual vs. AOP

 Works closely within the unit and with business partners to identify and maximize

opportunities and to improve products and services.

 Assist Regional Head in developing tactical and strategic products, services and/or

programs to support the region’s goals.

Experience & attributes

 5-7 years’ experience in business analysis and project management with multinational

corporations or Big 4 accounting firms. Experience in Market Intelligence, Competitive

and Corporate Intelligence preferred.

 Prior experience in telecom sector most preferred.

 Strong Financial modelling skills with ability to analyse and assess the financial viability

of long-term projects using financial metrics.

 Possess excellent problem-solving abilities, ability to develop and analysis business

plans.

 Knowledge and understanding of project management principles, practices, process and

techniques including the ability to gather clear business requirements.

 Proven experience working with MS Office suite and developing and maintaining various

analyses and reporting tools.

1. Understanding of python backend development ,with Django ot flask frame work
2.  Design, build and maintain responsive front-end interfaces for applications
3. Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features
4. Create REST APIs and integrating them with the frontend
5. Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

• You will be responsible for authoring tasks, creation and integration of printed or electronic end user documentation
• Document ongoing software developments in applications, products, and services
• Develop user guides, technical specification documents, online help files, API documents, feature description documents, How-To articles, and other ad hoc documentation deliverables
• Contribute to process improvements for enhancing efficiency
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with developers and SMEs to gather knowledge on functional requirements
• Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
• Create and maintain information architecture
• Provide estimates about documentation tasks to the Scrum Master
• Provide technical documentation for newly developed features on-time and as per the defined quality standards

Required Skills:

Requirements: ·

• 5+ years of experience in .NET and C#
• Expertise in developing services (SOAP-WCF and REST)
• Expertise in web development frameworks like ASP.NET MVC
• Good knowledge of database concepts and Microsoft SQL Server
• Solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, design patterns, concurrency, algorithms, and software design
• Experience working in any of the JavaScript frameworks like Ember.js, AngularJS or ReactJS is a bonus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Note: Bangalore Office at WeWork-Bellandur.
• Salary will be on-par with best in Bangalore.
