Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 5-7 years of experience in SaaS and cybersecurity branding. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing high-converting SaaS landing pages, feature images, website visuals, social media creatives, and product marketing assets.

You will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to shape the visual identity of Identity Confluence and create modern, enterprise-grade design experiences that align with global SaaS standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling SaaS landing pages and website sections
• Create feature images, product visuals, blog banners, comparison page creatives, and campaign assets
• Design graphics for LinkedIn, email campaigns, ads, webinars, and marketing initiatives
• Translate complex cybersecurity and identity governance concepts into simple, engaging visuals
• Collaborate with content writers, SEO, and product teams to create conversion-focused designs
• Maintain consistency across brand identity, typography, layouts, and visual systems
• Optimize designs for web performance and responsive experiences
• Stay updated with modern SaaS, AI, and cybersecurity design trends
• Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining high-quality output

Must-Have Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech companies
• Strong expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Proven experience designing SaaS landing pages and website visuals
• Strong understanding of UI aesthetics, layout hierarchy, typography, spacing, and color systems
• Ability to create modern feature illustrations and enterprise product graphics
• Experience designing conversion-focused marketing creatives
• Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS/product marketing work
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have

• Experience in cybersecurity, IAM, IGA, PAM, or enterprise SaaS domain
• Knowledge of motion graphics, After Effects, or Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with AI design tools and creative workflows

Job Title: Associate Frontend Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Associate Frontend Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our product engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with experienced developers and designers to build seamless, performant, and user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining responsive, accessible, and performant web user interfaces.
• Work with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue, or Angular to build modular, reusable components.
• Translate UI/UX designs from tools like Figma into pixel-perfect, production-quality code.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and designers to deliver complete, integrated features.
• Learn and apply best practices in state management, component-driven development, and API integration.
• Participate in code reviews, understand and follow design systems, and contribute to a culture of code quality.
• Debug and resolve cross-browser, cross-device, and performance-related UI issues.
• Use tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite) as part of your daily workflow.
• Begin working with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and popular UI libraries (e.g., Material UI, Bootstrap) to enhance development efficiency and consistency.
• Follow accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles, ensuring your UI works for all users.
• Gain exposure to linting tools, formatters, testing libraries (unit/integration/e2e), and performance profiling using browser dev tools.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in frontend development through internships, academic projects, freelance work, or personal side projects.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+) fundamentals.
• Familiarity with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, Angular).
• Understanding of version control systems like Git and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented development workflow.
• Willingness to learn and apply best practices in UI performance, security, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and eagerness to grow through mentorship and feedback.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile team environment.

Role and Responsibility – Relationship Manager

• Act as relationship manager for the Paid customers of NoBroker.

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and

interactive communication.

• Identify and assess customers’ needs.

• Service customer in finding the right tenant / house as per the requirement of customer.

• Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customer and leads.

• Use internal tools and methods to provide best possible service to the customer.

• Negotiate with leads on behalf of customer.

• Keep customer up-to date on the progress of his account.

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

• Go extra mile to provide excellent customer service

Education- Any Under Graduate and Post Graduate.

About Training- Training will be provided for initial few days for an employee to understand end to

end process.

Qualification / Education and other Requirements:

• Education Bachelors

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.

• Decision making skills.

• Language required: English & Hindi (mandatory),

Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu (optional)

• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).

• Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 10 PM).

• Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekday.

4. Conducting user research interviews and design Mood boards
5. UX testing once the product is live
6. Collaborative design workflows using Adobe XD and Framer
7. Documenting your design work based on Style guides
8. Knowledge of Microcopies is a plus
