 Escalating IT issues to the IT manager where necessary

 Responsible for managing backups / tape rotation

 Diagnosing and resolving technical issues

 Undertaking small- to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT manager /Authorities

 Providing desktop and server support

 Supporting and maintaining MS Server Active directory /Desktops and Postmaster

 Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops

 Installing authorized software to laptops and desktops ( range lab,Rista, Tally server & client ,AV)

 Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and kept up to date

 Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops

 Fault finding to laptops and desktops

 Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops

 Completing internal user moves including phones

 Patching of network and phones

 Making of Cat 6 e network cables were necessary

 Ensuring all logs for equipment and users are maintained

 Setting up and configuring new core servers

 Installing authorized software to core servers

 Ensuring patches and upgrades are applied to core servers

 Fault finding to core servers

 Creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware / software

 Ensuring licensing for all software purchased is recorded and maintained

 Postmaster server mailbox maintenance including archiving mailboxes

 Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements

 Providing support for MAC PCs 

Requires that any candidate know the M365 Collaboration environment. SharePoint Online, MS Teams. Exchange Online, Entra and Purview. Need developer that possess a strong understanding of Data Structure, Problem Solving abilities, SQL, PowerShell, MS Teams App Development, Python, Visual Basic, C##, JavaScript, Java, HTML, PHP, C.

Need a strong understanding of the development lifecycle, and possess debugging skills time management, business acumen, and have a positive attitude is a must and open to continual growth.

Capability to code appropriate solutions will be tested in any interview.

Knowledge of a wide variety of Generative AI models

Conceptual understanding of how large language models work

Proficiency in coding languages for data manipulation (e.g., SQL) and machine learning & AI development (e.g., Python)

*BlueTooth feature development in Android framework using Java, C++, and C languages.

*Knowledge of Bluetooth as a technology and working experience in Bluetooth protocol (both Stack and profiles).

*Hands-on Experience in Android framework development to realize the feature set that includes HFP, PBAP, A2DP, MAP,  SPP, BLE etc.…

What you will be working on: 

• You will be working on the next generation network security products, on various public clouds. 
• In addition to development, you will also get your hands involved in the architectural changes while fixing the legacy issues. 
• Planning, designing, integration for network security platforms.

As a Solutions Architect you will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing viable solutions as per the client needs.
