Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Frappe and ERPNext Developer. The Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Frappe and ERPNext applications. Daily tasks include customizing modules, integrating third-party systems, troubleshooting and resolving software issues, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in Frappe and ERPNext development
2. Experience with Python, JavaScript, and web technologies
3. Understanding of ERP workflows and business processes
4. Skills in database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
5. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
6. Ability to work independently and remotely
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
9. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
10. Have experience in customised the frappe crm

The role of the Key Account Manager - Sales is to bring new clients to Excellent Publicity through online & offline reach out and the below-mentioned work is carried out:

• Building the pipeline: Build a list of potential clients, reach out to them, fix meetings, gather requirements, share plans and get business. While there is a team to assist, the primary responsibility of pipeline building lies with the Account Manager
• Fixing Meetings: Reach out to the advertisers through cold calls/emails from the pipeline and set up meetings.
• Gather requirement: Use the meetings to gather requirements. In case there is no immediate requirement, maintain a relationship with the potential advertisers for future requirement
• Addressing the client requirements: Work closely with the media managers to address the client queries
• Campaign execution: Execute and monitor the campaigns. Remain the single point of contact for the advertiser in Excellent Publicity
• Maintain PR: Keep putting up efforts to increase business from existing clients.

Tyroo’s Vidtech.ai is one of the largest independent marketing automation clouds built for the video first world. We build software and platforms that allow our partners to derive maximum yields on their marketing spends on various video-first social platforms. We work on problems that involve building high availability, low latency solutions which require computing optimal decisions using various self-created modules as well as pre-available modules popular in the ML and Big Data world.

We are looking for a backend developer who has at least 1 year of professional experience in building systems on either Python or Node.js and is able to become an anchor/pillar for the team. The role will require you to architect and develop systems/features needed for our marketing automation products. Strong leadership and mentoring skills are also necessary so that the individual can train, educate and manage junior resources.

Technical Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years of experience in developing scalable systems on Python/Node.js with a strong grasp of microservices and serverless architectural patterns
• Must have prior experience with databases like MySQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis
• Must be exposed to cloud platforms like AWS or GCP and containerization using Dockers
• Must have worked with RESTful APIs and WebSockets
• Must have a deep understanding of HTTP, web browsers and token-based authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT)
• Must be experienced on Version Control Tools (Git) and Package Managers (npm, yarn, pip)
• Must adhere to coding standards and have the habit of doing unit testing along with regular and rigorous code reviews
• Should know about microservices orchestration using Kubernetes, web servers like Nginx/Apache and queuing systems like Kafka/Kinesis
