AWS Data engineer

• The PPC / Paid Search Analyst is responsible for administering and managing Pay per Click media strategies for clients. She/he should be able to quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.
• Perform daily account management on Google AdWords, Facebook, Bing and other search platforms.
• Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, Account daily and monthly budget caps, impression shares, quality score and other important account metrics.
• Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
• Assist in the management of Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
• Can devise strategies to increase ROI – Is good at increasing CTR and reducing the cost per clicks
• Support the generation of new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
• Able to understand the business website thoroughly so as to implement a strategic plan for Google AdWords
• Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
• Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
• Communication with team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
• Work closely with the other team members to meet goals.
• Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics.

Information Security Manager shall be primarily responsible to :

• Run and manage the BAU security infosec operations
• Create and maintain ISMS Policy and Process documents
• Ensure Infosec compliance with RBI and other regulatory agencies
• Participate in IT / Infosec Audits and ensure closure of observations within given timeliness
• Conduct regular VAPT (Vulnerability Assessments) and track closure of open observations
• Identifying and evaluating new IT security technologies and services and implementing it
• Ensure cyber security related polices and technologies are in place
• Conducting regular Inforsec Awareness within users in the organization
• The person needs to work closely with the CISO and other stakeholders – Risk, IT and Audit teams.

Key Accountability:

• Ensuring adequate security controls are in place & working effectively within the organization for information & cyber security
• Ensuring effectiveness of all IT controls to prevent any unauthorized access or activities at a system administration level
• Identify potential security weaknesses through vulnerability assessments and track them to closure within the timeliness
• Tracking and reporting key risk indicators defined for IT processes
• Create and maintain the documentation for information system audits in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Create / Review ISMS policy and process
• Implement Strategic IT Infosec projects to strengthen the overall IT Security posture

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving the success of the software engineering team at Datamotive.

• Driving go-nogo decisions of product releases to customers.

• Drive QE team for developing test scenarios & product automation.

• Collaborating with senior and peer engineers to identify and improve upon feature improvements.

• Build a strong customer focussed mindset for qualifying product features and use cases.

• Develop, Build & Perform functional, scale and performance testing.

• Assist in Identifying, Researching & Designing newer features and cloud platform support in areas of disaster recovery, data protection, workload migration etc.

• Conduct pilot tests to assess the functionality of newly developed programs.

• Front-facing customers for product introduction, knowledge transfer, solutions, bug triaging etc.

• Assist customers by giving product demos, conducting POCs, training etc.

• Manage Datamotive infrastructure, bringing innovative automation for optimizing infrastructure usage through monitoring and scripting. 

• Design test environments to simulate customer behaviors and use cases in VMware vSphere, AWS, GCP, and Azure clouds.

• Help write technical documentation, and generate marketing content like blogs, webinars, seminars etc.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• 8 - 12 years of experience in software testing with a relevant domain understanding of Data Protection, Disaster Recovery, and Ransomware Recovery.

• A strong understanding and demonstrable experience with at least one of the major public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure or VMware)

• A strong understanding and experience in qualifying complex, distributed systems at feature, scale and performance.

• Insights into the development of client-server SaaS applications with good breadth across networking, storage, micro-services, and other web technologies.

• Programming knowledge in either Python, Shell scripts or Powershell.

• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks E.g. Selenium, Cucumber, and Robot frameworks

• Should be a computer science graduate with strong fundamentals & problem-solving abilities.

• Good understanding of virtualization, storage and cloud platforms like VMware, AWS, GCP, Azure and/or Kubernetes will be preferable.
