- Manage full-cycle recruitment — requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
- Source cybersecurity and IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, references, and industry networks.
- Evaluate candidates for skills such as Network Security, SOC, SIEM, Threat Intelligence, Cloud Security, IAM, VAPT, and GRC.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Drive timely closures and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.

Required Skills & Experience:
