Our IT Project Managers are responsible for assisting various tasks throughout the project lifecycle. Being a central liaison between all project stakeholders consisting Executive Board, Developers, and QA, they makes sure that we do not miss any deliverables from the schedule.

• Processing new projects that come in from the client.
• Attending calls/meetings with the client’s teams as needed.
• Determining work flow, steps and timelines for all projects.
• Assisting in the creation of documentation and reports such as project overviews and communicating the same to various internal stakeholders.
• Maintains ongoing daily communication with other departments and resources regarding project status.
• Ensuring each project flows within the timeline, receives checks, and is completely ready for delivery on time.
• Providing timely updates to the client side

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack framework.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Expertise in backend programming with Node.js and MongoDB.
• Experience with React.js and redux.
• Material UI and 3rd party libraries.
• Experience with clean code writing practices like avoiding callback hell like promises, async.
• Thorough understanding of Node.js and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Familiarity with modern front-end builds pipelines and tools.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial).

Responsibilities:

• Build Node.js APIs using microservices.
• Rewriting backend code with microservices architecture & Unit tests.
• Developing new user-facing features using React.js.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Experience: 
- 4-10 years of Full Stack Application development experience is must.

Responsibilities : 
- To work with a cross-functional software development team on highly visible strategic projects as an expert level individual contributor to the coding tasks assigned. 
- Responsible for development of highly responsive, web based UI in a flexible and well-structured frontend architecture. 
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON 
- Experience with third party libraries and APIs 
- Produce well designed efficient code in a timely manner to meet delivery timescales/milestones. 
- Mentor other developers on software best practices technical guidance and help grow their software development skill sets. 

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and cold call prospective Partners (Sub-Brokers).
• Arrange business meetings with prospective Partners and work on Partners activation & Client network development
• Advising Partners/Clients to build a strong portfolio into equities.
• Providing the advisory regarding the strategies for securities investment.
• Strive to achieve business targets as per assigned portfolio
• Upsell/Cross sell through Partners.
• Arrange periodical Partner Meets for New Acquisition and generating leads for prospects.
• Have a good understanding of our products and be able to advise others about them
• Interact with partners for product training, advisory to keep partners active & increase revenue.
• Understand and resolve partner query end to end in coordination with technology team.
• Handling Partner Advisory and AUM.

Checklist:

• 1-3 years’ experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in BFSI industry
• Basic Knowledge of Equity & Derivatives
• Prior experience of sales of financial products is a must
• Strong Market Understanding and proven sales track record.
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MIS reporting and other MS-office utilities
• Ability to build rapport
