About the Role
This is a high-impact technical role focused on the "engine room" of finance and procurement. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical health of D365 Finance & Operations, ensuring that customizations are performant, integrations are seamless, and the system supports complex accounting needs across multiple legal entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Development: Build and customize D365 F&O solutions using X++, Extensions, and Workflows.
- Module Support: Develop technical components specifically for GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany Accounting.
- Reporting & Data: Design SSRS reports, manage batch jobs, and handle complex data migrations.
- Integration: Build and maintain OData/REST integrations to connect D365 with external systems.
- Collaboration: Partner with Functional Consultants to turn business requirements into clean, scalable code.
- Quality Control: Perform code reviews in Azure DevOps and ensure best practices for system security.
Requires Technical Skills
- Languages & Tools: Expert-level X++, MorphX, and Visual Studio development.
- Environment Management: Strong hands-on experience with LCS (Lifecycle Services) and Azure DevOps.
- Data Management: Proficiency with Data Entities, OData, and REST APIs for integrations.
- Frameworks: Mastery of the D365 Extension framework (avoiding overlayering).
