Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will focus on lead generation, first-level customer conversations, and opportunity qualification. This role is suited for someone with SaaS product exposure who enjoys outbound outreach and working with global prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through outbound channels such as LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Manage and qualify inbound leads based on defined criteria
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer needs
• Schedule and coordinate product demos with the sales team
• Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality
• Consistently follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline

Required Skills and Experience

• 1 to 5 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or in Inside Sales
• Mandatory experience working in a product-based SaaS or technology company
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification
• Good understanding of B2B sales processes
• Comfortable engaging with technical buyers

Education:

• BE / BTech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology OR MCA, BCA, BSc IT, MSc IT

Good to Have

• Experience selling or prospecting developer tools or API-based products
• Exposure to global customers or international markets
• Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools

1. Work with product managers, product marketing and engineers to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including user guides, integration guides, API developer guides, and platform documentation (tooltips, welcome instructions)

2. Buil and maintain client aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online videos, demos, guided tours, and other educational techniques

3. Learn complex concepts, and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by users

4. Act as an editor to ensure consistency in training documentation

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Use markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly web pages

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a front end developer.

• Has a strong interest in design and technology.

As Product Manager for Plum  you will be responsible for the product portfolio, including all product planning and release execution throughout the lifecycle of the product portfolio. 1. Strategic planning and managing all stages of Product Life Cycle
2. Develop business cases for each product feature to demonstrate feasibility including target pricing and margin, addressable and realizable market, SWOT analysis, estimated development, implementation, and support costs etc.
3. Develop functional, technical and designs specifications for the product
4. Help define the value proposition of the product for the sales team and help develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
5. Research and understand competitive offerings in your sector

1. An enthusiastic individual with 5+ years of experience in product management.
2. We would prefer candidates from Fintech, ecommerce, rewards, loyalty and incentives.

• Write, test, debug and ship code and gather feedback on the scale, performance, security to incorporate back into the platform. 

• Work with the founders to identify complex technical problems and solve them. 
• Work with the product design and client experience development team to support 

them with scalable services 

• Feed into the overall mission and vision of the eParchi’s platform over the period of the coming months and years.
