We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong knowledge of ITOM and ITSM modules. The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow solutions as per business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications.
• Work on ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge.
• Implement ITOM modules – Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other tools and systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing ServiceNow implementations.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience in ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Strong in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow workflows.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• ServiceNow certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rewrite existing APIs in NodeJS.
• Remodel the APIs into Micro services-based architecture.
• Implement a caching layer wherever possible.
• Optimize the API for high performance and scalability.
• Write unit tests for API Testing.
• Automate the code testing and deployment process.

Skills Required:

1. At least 3 years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS — should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds.
2. Excellent hands-on experience using MySQL or any other SQL Database.
3. Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Database.
4. Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases.
5. Experience with graph-based databases like GraphQL and Neo4j.
6. Experience developing and deploying REST APIs.

8. Good understanding of advanced JS libraries and frameworks.

This position is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. What You’ll Do

• Strong experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on time, on-schedule and within budget close
• Experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop highly scalable, highly available, reliable, secure and fault-tolerant systems with minimal guidance for one of the fastest-growing company in India

- Translate business requirements into scalable and extensible design
