As a Development Manager, you will need to manage the team effectively and make sure that team members are delivering to their full potential by continuously monitoring, mentoring, and guiding them both technically and personally to grow in their careers. Your performance will be measured against each team member's delivery, keeping employee morale high at work, mentoring them to grow in their career, and retaining the employee in the organization.
What you will do at Hubstream:
· Manage Software Development project activities for multiple projects across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
· Work collaboratively with development team, lead architect and the CTO to determine technical direction and approach to system design and implementation.
· Manage the day-to-day activities of projects and staff; communicate with project teams as necessary to ensure project deliverables are on schedule and within cost parameters.
· Make recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from team members.
· Manage resource planning and organizational capacity planning.
· Coach and train project team members on Software Development processes and best practices.
· Providing continuous guidance and direction to the Leads to meet the client delivery & commitment.
· Periodically conduct the meeting with the Senior Management and update the status of the delivery.
· Regularly conduct individual team meetings to understand the need of the Team(s) and make sure they are met.
· Develop a superior workforce and increase the efficiency of the team.
· Periodically review the performance of each team member(s) and provide feedback to improve.
· Conduct the year-end performance appraisal to all the team members and give the correct rating without any bias towards any employee.
· Had experience in the Performance Improvement Program for those employees who are underperforming and continuously mentor and monitor to improve their performance.

Skills/Qualification:
· B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with good CPGA from reputed colleges/Institutes in India.
· 6 to 8 years delivery of consulting or professional services, or as a people manager.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a technology environment, including 2-3 years of practical professional experience in project management.
· Minimum 5+ years of Software development experience in C#, T-SQL is a bonus.
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in Client Interaction directly or indirectly.
· Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional project teams.
· Have very good communication skills both verbal and non-verbal communications.
· Flexible to work in different time zones like Australia, Europe & US Time zone based on the Customer's need.
· Ability to learn and grasp concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment and guide the Team.
· Ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision.
· Strong interpersonal skills that demonstrate your knowledge, passion, and commitment to partnering with the team to help them work better.
· Working knowledge of the Microsoft development tools (Windows / SQL Server / Visual Studio) is a value addition.
