- Plan, Participate, monitor, follow-up sales & marketing activities as per sales strategy for the allocated customers / location and end customers/ user
- Support and monitor the performance of the team in order to achieve their monthly & annual sales target.
- Experience to manage a team of at least 10-15 members.
- Conduct meetings regularly to ensure open communication and devise an action plan to address issues/concerns raised by the team.
- Undertaking regular one-to-one meetings, team meetings at various levels, training and counselling /coaching sessions for all direct reports.
- Responsible for Lead Generation and completion of team target.
- Demonstrate accountability and ethical behaviour at all times.
- Who has a Knowledge on Cloud Computing will be an Add on Advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
For Both RWE Analyst (Junior) & Senior RWE Analyst:
- Data Expertise: Work extensively with real-world healthcare data, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR), claims data, and/or patient registries. (Experience with clinical trial data does not fulfill this requirement.)
- Methodology: Apply appropriate statistical and epidemiological methodologies to analyze complex healthcare datasets.
- Communication: Clearly communicate findings through presentations, reports, and data visualizations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
- You will be the face of QDC, handling inbound interactions through (chat, email, phone and remote session)
- Learn to triage incoming customer inquiries and the process of escalating them by working with various team members to resolve and close tickets in pre-defined SLA.
- Reproduce customer issues and log tickets to be solved by the engineering team.
- Guide users on product features and train them to use it effectively.
- Build and maintain the resources required for technical support. (Walkthrough, set up guides, help tutorials, emails, and video tutorials)
- Take handover from the onboarding team by understanding customers' persona, their pain points, and expectation.
- Rigorously measure support SLA & metrics and improve it continuously.
- Maintain regular communications with customers about new feature developments and enhancements to the product.
- Consistently gain product knowledge and work towards improvements on internal processes by identifying the existing bottlenecks.
What you can expect in the next 12 months
Within 1 month
- You should have acquired a good knowledge of the laundry domain, QDC product, and process that we follow.
- Have a one-one chat with every member of the Quick Dry Cleaning team so you get to know everyone well and understand each other.
- You should have gone through at least 3 onboarding and sales experience in the buddy system.
- You should have spent a day at the laundry store to get live hands-on experience.
- You should be able to configure SMS API’s for national and international clients.
- Learn how to access and use all internal tools, including Google Apps, Zoho Desk, JIRA, Sales-IQ, CRM and reverse-shadow in each tool.
- Shadow other Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) handling inbound interactions, gaining an understanding of common customer inquiries as well as our processes for resolution; demonstrate understanding by completing simple tickets with a CSR shadowing you.
Within 3 months
- Independently handle hardware integration and support.
- Become QDC expert through training and customer interaction, building a solid understanding of each feature and best practices for how to use them; handle 80% of all inbound Technical Support interactions without assistance through resolution or escalation; be able to provide creative solutions to users.
Within 6 months
- Maintain a level of customer satisfaction (we measure through CSAT scores) equal to or greater than the overall team average; help maintain all service and support content including process documentation, videos, email macros, training manuals and help articles.
Within 12 months
- Help interview, onboard and train incoming team members.
- Proactively identify, pilot and implement ways to increase efficiency in Technical Support processes; assess results and refine.

Job Summary
Cloud Production Support Engineer(PSE) is responsible for fulfilling the day-to-day infrastructure and service requests from the application teams across AWS, CI/CD solutions and observability tools. You will be expected to handle production issues in collaboration with the cloud Infrastructure and application teams.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Troubleshoot production Issues: When technical issues with the cloud infrastructure components arise, PSE must act quickly to analyse the available data and find the root cause of the problem. They may then develop a solution or escalate the problem to other engineering team members while providing stakeholders with progress updates.
- Infrastructure provisioning and modification: Application teams may request to create new infrastructure or modify the existing ones in AWS based on their requirements via the ticketing tool. PSE should ensure that the required data/info is available on the ticket and provide a resolution based on the given SLA.
- Alert Management: Alerts from the observability tools will be received on multiple channels according to the notification settings. PSEs are expected to acknowledge the alerts, troubleshoot the issue, close the alert based on the given SLA, or escalate to the cloud infra/DevOps team for further diagnosis.
- Onboarding, Off-boarding and access management: Whenever an employee joins or leaves the organization, you will receive an onboarding or offboarding request.
- Prepare Technical Documentation: PSEs must prepare documentation when logging product issues, as they must note all details, including their observations, diagnoses, and action steps. Other everyday tasks include weekly reports summarising production performance, upgrade release notes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Product Improvements: Since PSEs have good exposure to the product issues, they should work closely with the PMs+EMs, pass the feedback on the product, and get the improvements/fixes included in the product roadmap.
- Adherence to SLA and timelines: PSEs should always adhere to the timelines shared with other teams for closure of fixes and deliver outcomes as per the SLA guidance agreed with business teams
- Reporting: Report & track weekly regarding SLA metrics, tickets being worked and closed by PSEs/transferred tickets. Identify and devise how productivity can be captured at the individual level and report the same monthly.
