Required Skills:
- Solid experience in Python back-end technology
- Sound experience in web application development
- Decent knowledge and experience in UI development using JavaScript, React/Angular or related tech stack.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and testing principles
- Ability to learn and adapt to working with multiple programming languages.
- Experience Docker, ArgoCD, Kubernetes and Terraform
- Understanding of ETL processes to extract data from different data sources is a plus.
- Proven experience in Linux development environments using Python.

- Experienced in establishing an optimized CI / CD environment relevant to the project.

Snowflake SRE JD
Your Role Accountabilities
- Primarily responsible for administrating Snowflake environments on AWS
- Identify, tune, and fix the performance issues on priority.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot Snowflake related errors and work with team to raise support tickets, follow ups and help to resolve them.
- Implement security, roles, users and privileges using the best practices.
- Provide database/objects recovery as need on basis.
- Design, identify and implement high performing and highly available data warehouse solutions.
- Create database, schema, tables, views, data sharing
- Create Snowflake utilization and capacity/cost plans, identifies, and provide solution for abnormalities.
- Proactively identify, design, and implement process improvements like automating manual processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in Snowflake administration
- Follow existing database runbooks, create and maintain new runbooks for new and improved processes
- Provide 24X7 On-call support by participating in rotation schedule.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or information technology.
- 10+ years of experience as a database administrator.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on administration experience, from setting up the Snowflake environments to successfully administering it (AWS preferred)
- Experience automating, scripting, and streamlining processes for efficiency and accuracy utilizing Unix shell scripting, Python etc.
- Some experience with AWS with knowledge of S3, EC2, VPC, IAM, Security, Networking etc.
- Ability and experience with the development of processes and procedures to standardize Database configuration
- Extensive experience with implementation and maintenance of Disaster Recovery and High availability.
- Ability to work on unusually complex technical problems and provide solutions that are highly innovative and ingenious.
- Ability to provide technical documentation and project plans for technical staff members.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Design and Development:
- Design, create, and modify websites.
- Convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats.
- Create website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
- Maintenance and Evaluation:
- Regularly update websites to ensure they are visually appealing, accurate, and reflect the latest content.
- Test websites for ease of use, speed, and other quality factors.
- Fix any bugs or issues that arise.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with web designers and programmers to produce the website.
- Communicate with clients or management about ongoing projects.
- Provide technical support and instruction to other staff or clients.
- Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design coding languages.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience in server-side frameworks such as python, ruby, php, Java, ASP, ASP.NET.
- Understanding of search engine optimization principles.
- Project Management:
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Maintain and expand/enhance the website once built.
- Timely receipt and processing of telecom orders and changes to services (i.e. device orders, service plan changes) via provider portals or email.
- Data maintenance in the system as well as resolving data issues.
- Professional and solution-oriented communication in English language with telecom providers, end-users, and telecom admins via emails or within the system.
- Track work tasks and status in the system
- Follow a set process for processing customer orders within contracted SLA’s
- Utilize internal help desk software systems to accurately document all support activity
- Work closely and cross collaboratively with client internal Operations department
