Requirements:

• MS or PhD. in Statistics, or a related field, with relevant work experience, preferably in a laboratory science environment.
• Demonstrated application of statistical methods, including descriptive and inferential statistics, general linear and mixed models and statistical design of experiments.
• Strong computational/programming skills: proficient in programming with html, R, Python, SQL or equivalent, knowledge of a variety of commercial statistical/computational packages, familiar with Linux, cloud computing and high performance computing environment.
• Independently develop and deploy statistical / computation applets using Python and R.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly explain statistical concepts in the context of experimental goals.
• Good team player with demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships.
• The ability to be independent and learn new skills quickly.
• Flexibility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.

Desired:

• Coursework in a scientific discipline (chemistry, biology, engineering).
• Prior experience working in pharmaceutical research and development.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

2. Employee Data & HRMS Management

• Prepare and maintain HR reports, employee trackers, and MIS data.
• Ensure confidentiality and data integrity in all HR records.

3. Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and internal events.
• Collect employee feedback and support initiatives that improve workplace satisfaction.
• Encourage participation and build a positive work culture across teams.

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and organize employee-related documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, NDAs, and relieving letters.
• Maintain digital and physical employee files in an organized manner.
• Support in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

5. Vendor Management

• Coordinate with external vendors for recruitment, office supplies, engagement activities, or other HR-related services.
• Track vendor deliverables and maintain smooth communication for timely execution.

6. General HR Support

• Assist in handling employee queries related to HR processes.
• Support the HR team in various administrative and coordination tasks as required.
• Participate in HR projects or process improvement initiatives.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Minimum 5-12 Years of Core Java Programming with Collections Framework, Concurrent Programming, Multi-threading (Good knowledge in Executor service, Forkjoin pool and other threading concepts)
