We are hiring a UI/UX design for a full-time opportunity at HQ. The candidate must be having -

1. A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 years of work experience with UX, UI is required
2. Prior experience leading a team of UX and UI designers
3. Experience around end-to-end client communication and design project management
4. Experience handling multiple design projects simultaneously
5. Should be having pro-level experience in design tools such as - Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc

This job requires the candidate to have advanced knowledge of python including but not limited to topics such as data analytics, data visualization, statistical analysis, probabilistic analysis, database management.

We will build a comprehensive backtesting platform for trading in the NSE F&O segment.

Any knowledge of financial markets is a bonus

We are currently partnering with one of our portfolio companies (seed staged) to hire a Community Manager. So if you are someone who wants to partner with a founder and help build the company bottoms up, this might be the right role for you.

Key responsibilities:

1. Strategize and execute influencer onboarding/ marketing

2. Relationship management with influencers, agencies, and power users.

3. Create a feedback loop for the product team to improve app utility & performance

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to grow the app community

Mandatory experience:

1. 2 to 4 years of experience in community building/sales teams of high-growth consumer apps in India.

2. Experience working with Indian /global social media influencers for platform onboarding/ profile management/ influencer marketing campaigns

3. Experience in working with Live video apps a plus Love for social media and short video apps. Self-usage is a big plus

*Co-ordinate with the clients to understand and implement the overall recruiting strategy.

*Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

*Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards

*Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

*Screen candidate's resume and job applications. Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude.

*Co-ordinate with the interviewers for interview scheduling and feedback.

*Any experience with a tech start-up would be a plus.

*Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the stakeholders.

*Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Requirements

Requirements:

• A highly talented developer with 4-7 years of hands-on experience in building secure and scalable web-based applications using Java in backend and JS-based frontend frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Java 8+, databases (SQL and NoSQL), MySql, Mongo
• Experience working with Cassandra, Spring Boot, Apache Spark, Kafka, RabbitMQ is highly desirable
• Working knowledge of any one or more of AngularJS/ReactJS/VueJS and CSS3, HTML5
• Strong experience in data modeling for data storage tools in SQL; experience with noSQL is highly desirable.
