Job Description:

 Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across

Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

 Manage end-to-end campaign execution - from targeting, ad setup, creative testing, landing page optimization, to post-campaign reporting.

 Drive lead generation and user acquisition by optimizing for lower CPA and higher ROAS.

 Run remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.

 Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and funnels to maximize campaign performance.

 Leverage AI tools and automation techniques to streamline campaign

processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall campaign performance.

 Monitor budgets, track KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates), and ensure efficient utilization of ad spend.

 Track, analyze, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics,

Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and dashboards.

Requirements

 2 + years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing,

preferably in B2B or in Finance sector.

 Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for B2b Marketing.

 Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

 Proficiency in campaign tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM,Ads Managers, etc.).

 Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver measurable business outcomes.

 Strong communication and collaboration skills.

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

 Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are a plus

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Java Backend Developer Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of robust backend systems. This role requires hands-on coding expertise, architectural vision, and the ability to mentor and lead a team of developers in delivering high-performance, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the backend development team in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures using Java (preferably Java 11+).
• Architect and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing (JUnit/TestNG), and integration testing.
• Optimize application performance and scalability through profiling and tuning.

Primary Duties

• Build a broad knowledge across various systems and processes via knowledge transfer and capture any missing information on the wiki

• Gather software requirements by talking to various stakeholders and document them

• Implement software solutions after discussing the requirements and taking direction from the Technical lead and talking to other colleagues within and outside the team

• Provide necessary effort and time estimates for tasks to aid scheduling and prioritization

• Provide necessary 3rd line support to the Operations teams including software fixes as needed

• Work on any BAU development activity including on-boarding new data sets and delivering new markets into the system

• Work with external vendors from time to time to gather necessary requirements for new data or changes to existing data specifications

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Essential

• 4+ years’ experience of programming in Java.
• 4+ years’ experience working with SQL including complex queries, stored procedures, views, database design and solid understanding of database concepts (preferably SQL Server)
• Experience of both Linux and Windows environments, scripting and tools
• Willing to carry out operational data tasks alongside developing new solutions
• Well organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple streams of work
• Excellent communication skills

Beneficial

Overview:

This is a pivotal position for a dynamic, experienced and motivated individual who will lead initiatives as they relate to Netsuite ERP and other financial systems (if any). Collaborating internally with members of the financial/business functions, external consultants and others teams, this person will be responsible for understanding requirements and translating them into action i.e. perform customizations, resolve user issues, and define processes within NetSuite. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day NetSuite operation, maintenance, and support tasks.
• Monitor and maintain the health of the platform, including scheduled jobs, and integrations.
• Write complex queries to support projects and approved reporting requests.
• Develop Reports and Dashboards on Netsuite.
• Develop import templates and perform manual imports when an integrated solution is not an option.
• Convert functional / business requirements into technical NetSuite solutions.
• Work with third party developers to create or enhance existing custom solutions.
• Act as a liaison to NetSuite Support and Advanced Customer Support regarding platform issues.
