Key Responsibilities:

• Build Scalable Architecture to handle millions of messages per day.
• Lead a team of engineers and guide them on a day to day basis.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features and enhancements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the technical direction of the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our development processes.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of our applications.
• Collaborate with DevOps to streamline the deployment and monitoring processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Over all 5+ years of experience with proven experience 3+ years as a Software Engineer, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software products.
• Expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with database design and management, particularly MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Responsibilities

Job Description: Software Engineering –Sr. Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities - Responsible for design, problem solving, develop, modify, debug and/or maintain software system for one or more specific modules within a large software system scope

Must have:

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience in designing and implementing complex, distributed applications.

As a core member of the Software Development team, you will be responsible for the architecture, coding, development, testing and release of customer applications hosted both on-premise and on-cloud. Candidates with proven experience in both Frontend and Backend Development (predominantly Backend Development) with prior experience in deploying applications on AWS/Azure cloud will be preferred.

You will be leading a small team of developers (not more than 3 at a time) on a given project, and be a client-facing SPOC to work with the client and meet stringent deadlines. You will be responsible for Coding and Development with a code coverage of minimum 90%. You will adhere to coding and security standards and ensure that your delivery is secure and free from any critical, high and medium-rated vulnerabilities.
