Job Summary 

• Supporting company mission by understanding complex business problems through data-driven solutions. 
• Designing and developing machine learning pipelines in Python and deploying them in AWS/GCP, ... 
• Developing end-to-end ML production-ready solutions and visualizations. 
• Analyse large sets of time-series industrial data from various sources, such as production systems, sensors, and databases to draw actionable insights and present them via custom dashboards. 
• Communicating complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders of the projects 
• Implementing the prototypes using suitable statistical tools and artificial intelligence algorithms. 
• Preparing high-quality research papers and participating in conferences to present and report experimental results and research findings. 
• Carrying out research collaborating with internal and external teams and facilitating review of ML systems for innovative ideas to prototype new models. 

Qualification and experience 

• B.Tech/Masters/Ph.D. in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, data science, and related fields. 
• 5+ years of professional experience in the field of machine learning, and data science. 
• Experience with large-scale Time-series data-based production code development is a plus. 

Skills and competencies 

• Familiarity with Docker, and ML Libraries like PyTorch, sklearn, pandas, SQL, and Git is a must. 
• Ability to work on multiple projects. Must have strong design and implementation skills. 
• Ability to conduct research based on complex business problems. 
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team. 
• Must have programming experience in Python. 
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and maintain efficient and scalable Golang-based applications and services to meet project requirements.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to design and implement software solutions.
3. Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards of the developed codebase.
4. Debug and resolve issues reported by customers and internal stakeholders promptly and efficiently.
5. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability to deliver an excellent user experience.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to Golang development and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.
7. Continuously improve the performance and reliability of existing systems through refactoring and optimizations.
8. Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment, actively participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven 2 years of experience as a Golang Developer with a solid understanding of Golang's idiomatic syntax and best practices.
3. Experience with building and deploying RESTful APIs using Golang frameworks like Gin, Echo, or Beego.
4. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals.
5. Familiarity with various databases, including relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
6. Experience working with version control systems, such as Git.
7. Understanding of software testing principles and practices, including unit testing and integration testing.
8. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.
9. Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is advantageous.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports, data refresh, and connectivity problems.
8. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and capabilities, and evaluate their potential use in improving existing solutions.
9. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to promote self-service BI capabilities and enable them to create their own reports.
10. Collaborate with the wider data and analytics team to identify opportunities for using Power BI to enhance business processes and decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous Power BI projects.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and M (Power Query) to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
4. Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and design principles to create engaging and intuitive dashboards.
5. Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and database design concepts.
6. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
7. Ability to work with various data sources, including relational databases, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues in Power BI reports.
9. Familiarity with data security and governance practices in the context of Power BI development.
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
11. Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.
