Job Title: Sr. Frontend Developer (Javascript)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Frontend Developer with strong expertise in Javascript to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with a focus on building responsive, high-performance web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement user-facing features that align with business goals and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, reusable frontend components and applications using modern Javascript frameworks and libraries.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend-related issues.
• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.

Must-Have Skills:

Knowledge of Gen AI technology ecosystem including top tier LLMs, prompt engineering, knowledge of development frameworks such as LLMaxindex and LangChain, LLM fine tuning and experience in architecting RAGs and other LLM based solution for enterprise use cases. 1. Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL. 2. 3+ years of experience of predictive/prescriptive analytics including Machine Learning algorithms (Supervised and Unsupervised) and deep learning algorithms and Artificial Neural Networks such as Regression , classification, ensemble model,RNN,LSTM,GRU. 3. 2+ years of experience in NLP, Text analytics, Document AI, OCR, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, topic modeling 4. Hands-on experience in GenAI technology areas including RAG architecture, fine tuning techniques, inferencing frameworks etc 7. Familiarity with big data technologies/frameworks 8. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Azure

Main Responsibilities:

• Should be accountable for the deliverables of assigned MS Dynamics CRM functionality
• Should be able to work with Business groups, Architects to understand the functional expectations, produce technical solutions and documentation
• Should be able to conceptualize and design solution, independently customize, develop/code using MS Dynamics 365 and technologies such as C#, .Net, Integration technologies including SQL Server & Kingsway Soft
• Should be able to own technical impediments, liaise with various groups and troubleshoot /resolve
• Participate in the Scrum process activities including Sprint Planning and Estimating sessions, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Demos and Sprint retrospectives.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years’ strong experience in MS dynamics 365 implementations & support and extensive experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power apps
• Strong experience in Web API development and plug in’s
• Strong experience in integration technologies including SQL Server & KingswaySoft to connect internal & third-party systems
• Experience with Power BI, SQL Server Integration Services, ASP.net, client-side JavaScript frameworks, Xamarin.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong experience using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops, MS Visual Studio and MS SQL server

• You will be responsible for the delivery of the application/ feature/ module your team will be working on.
• Write/Review Code every day in addition to pairing with team members on functional and non-functional requirements and spread design philosophy, goals, and improvements to code quality across the team
• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Ensure all code is thoroughly covered by automated tests and that all features meet quality checks before deployment.

What makes you a great fit for our team:

• 5-8 years of overall experience with at least 2+ years of full-stack experience. 
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Familiarity with common stacks
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Experience in NodeJS for at least two years and exposure to Python, Go, etc will be a huge plus and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, ReactJs(preferred), VueJs)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB) and UI/UX design
• Experience and knowledge of open source tools & frameworks, broader cutting edge technologies around server-side development.
• Data modeling experience in both Relational and NoSQL databases.

• Knowledge of or experience with at least one or more of PaaS environments - AWS, Google App Engine, Windows Azure Cloud Services or similar

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Guide a team of customer support associates on customer issue investigation and resolution by applying understanding of GST compliance requirements, GSTN APIs, Eway Bill APIs and E-Invoicing APIs etc.
•   Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
• Analysing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems, to guide support team
• Updating self-help documents or preparing FAQ’s, to build knowledge base of support team on issues raised by ASP Partners and Corporates.
• Ensure timely response to customers with accurate guidance for issue resolution, by measuring the performance of support team on response SLA and quality of response.
• Manage ongoing interaction with key client relationships to build the relationship to level of being the preferred and only service provider for GST compliance requirements.
• Manage monthly billing operations across customer portfolio – including a good control on receivable ageing and reporting to management on realization delays which require management intervention.
• Manage regular interaction with GST Network for customer issues. Build a strong relationship with GST Network to achieve quicker turnaround from GSTN on deliverables.
• Keep a close watch on any updates from GSTN and/or the ASP-GSP ecosystem, to convey relevant updates to our customer portfolio. 

• Experience in implementing DevOps practices and DevOps-tools in areas like CI/CD using Jenkins environment automation, and release automation, virtualization, infra as a code or metrics tracking.
