As a Tele Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue generation for our IT products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our IT products and services to effectively articulate their features, advantages, and benefits to potential customers.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads through strategic questioning to determine their level of interest, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through active listening, empathy, and professionalism.
Objection Handling: Address any concerns or objections raised by prospects in a confident and persuasive manner to move them through the sales process.
Sales Conversion: Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities by effectively closing deals or scheduling appointments for further engagement.
Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales manager or team lead.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape to enhance selling techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven Experience: Previous experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles, preferably in the IT industry, is desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively over the phone.
Listening Skills: Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
Persistence: Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and rejections to achieve sales goals.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, managers, and other stakeholders to achieve collective sales objectives.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing sales strategies, product offerings, and market dynamics.

Working Conditions:
This position primarily operates in an office environment. However, remote work options may be available based on company policies and requirements. Tele Sales Representatives may be required to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones or specific sales campaigns.
