Job Description:
- Should have experience in Automation using Selenium/Java, Cucumber, and Rest API.
- Good Automation and Manual skills
- Should have hands-on experience in Automation using Selenium with Java.
- Should have experience in working in a team in an agile environment.
- Good to have hands-on experience in BDD/Cucumber..
- Good to have technical exposure in API/Web-services testing using Postman and Rest Assured.
- Be able to work on both manual and automation testing.
- Good knowledge of testing salesforce implementation projects in Salesforce (Classic/Lightning) End to End testing.
- Good to have any salesforce certification
- Should have good knowledge of Test management tools like Jira, Zephyre, etc.
- Hands-on experience with AEM testing for 1–2 years or performance testing [good to have]
- Strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation, ideally in a continuous delivery environment.
- A self-motivated and enthusiastic professional who is a self-path-maker.
- An excellent communicator should be able to represent his/her work in daily meetings within the team or with clients.

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Category Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in category management roles within the e-commerce sector, with a focus on categories such as fashion, personal care, beauty, and health and wellness.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Plan and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote category growth. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Curate and manage the product assortment within assigned categories. Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure a diverse and appealing product mix.
• Take ownership of the category's (P&L) statement. Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Monitor and manage pricing, promotions, and discounts within the
category.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing brands within the assigned categories. Negotiate terms, agreements, and promotional opportunities with brand partners.
• Utilize data analysis tools to gather insights into category performance. Make informed decisions based on data, identifying trends and opportunities & provide regular reports.
• Collaborate with various teams, including business, marketing, customer support, and data teams and ensure effective communication and alignment on category objectives and initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field from a tier-1 institute.
2. 3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce category management, preferably in fashion, personal care, beauty, or health and wellness.
3. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
4. Strong understanding of retail trends, consumer behavior, and brand marketing.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6. Experience in managing a team would be a plus.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Experience in a VC-funded start-up is a plus.

We are looking for an amazing Account Executive to join our joyful Bengaluru team to skyrocket our projects in 2022 and beyond! You will play a key role in our India expansion by qualifying, supporting and managing inbound leads to a close and working effectively with our outreach strategy.
You will report to Karan, the Head of India, who opened the local entity in 2020 and work closely with our Sales team.

What you will do:
- Achieve the company’s sales goals for the Indian market
- Establish a deep understanding of AppTweak’s business operations, including App Store Optimization, competitive landscape, and internal tools & processes.
- Conduct product demos to leads and follow-up until they convert into paying customers. You will own the full sales cycle from lead to close.
- Assess leads requirements, solve their problems and anticipate future needs to increase revenue.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue regional targets.
- Reinforce the AppTweak’s presence and reputation in India
- Represent and advocate AppTweak’s brand during major mobile marketing conferences throughout the year in various locations such as New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, etc (participate in 5 to 10 events per year)
- Connect with C-level and senior executives in the mobile and gaming industry to grow AppTweak’s reputation
- Organize and host ASO-related networking events to increase brand awareness and reputation
- Actively participate in cross-department cooperation.
- Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales processes.
- Work with Marketing to ensure consistency in outreach/emailing campaigns and inbound initiatives.
- Collaborate with various teams, including Product and Customer Success, to better align client-facing efforts by taking the initiative to identify issues and find solutions.

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales or any relevant field
- Fluent in English
- 4+ years experience in Sales or Business Development with a proven track record of closing deals
- Former experience in a SaaS company and the mobile marketing industry
