Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Python Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Python-based applications, implementing new features and functionalities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

●    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features

●    Write clean and efficient Python code to develop high-quality software applications

●    Perform testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance

●    Develop and maintain software documentation

●    Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other team members

●    Continuously learn and improve coding skills and knowledge of Python and related technologies

Requirements:

●    A degree in Computer Science or a related field

●    Knowledge of Python programming language and its frameworks such as Django, Flask, etc.

●    Experience with version control tools such as Git

●    Familiarity with SQL and databases

●    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

●    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

●    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice-to-have:

●    Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.

●    Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, etc.

●    Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, etc.

Business Development Executive Requirements:

• BE/ELECTRICAL/INSTRUMENTATION/OR EQUAVELENT DEGREE
• Extensive sales experience 3-4 years
• Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.
• Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
• Professional yet affable disposition.
• Neat, well-groomed appearance.
• Great networking skills.

GST:

• Verification of Books of accounts, Revenue Data and Computation of GST liability on a monthly basis
• Verification and Computation of RCM Liability on monthly basis,
• Filing of GSTR 1, GSTR 3B & Monthly returns.
• GSTR - 2A/2B reconciliation with books of accounts.
• Filling GSTR 9 – Annual return and GST audit

TDS:

• Working closely with the Tax consultants for advisory and foreign tax-related matters

Handling the assessments and queries if any

• Computation of TDS & Equalisation Levy liability on monthly basis,
• Filing of TDS returns verification of PAN etc for Payroll and Vendor related payouts.,
• Filing of Equalisation Leavy returns,
• Interacting with other functions/departments within the company
• Knowledge of WHT on International Transactions

Transfer Pricing:

• Knowledge of Transfer Pricing transactions and compliance
• Foreign subsidiaries tax compliance and structuring transactions working with foreign consultants
• Monthly/quarterly local compliances relating to International subsidiaries (US, Middle east etc)
• Other matters related to taxation

• Managing clients by working closely with them and understanding their business needs and challenges
• On-boarding new clients and also developing and maintaining healthy and professional relationships with current clients
• Maintaining high levels of customer engagement and customer satisfaction in turn leading to continued business from key accounts
• Educating and promoting the company’s services to the clients
• Acting as the point-of-contact for the clients and also mediating between the clients and the company
• Handling and solving escalations from clients, as and when received and making sure the client account is retained
• Renewing subscriptions on a timely-basis
• Compiling and presenting reports to the business by maintaining and managing relevant data
• Managing a team of customer success executives and leading them towards achieving the business goals
• Partnering and working closely with internal teams to meet the business needs of the customers

What you need to have:

• Graduation is a must
• Relevant experience in customer success management and also experienced in handling a team
• B2B SaaS background
• Willingness to work 6-days a week
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• An analytical mindset and also go-getter attitude
• Expertise in MS Suite
• Min experience of 2 years
