Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and connect with HR managers, L&D heads, and CHROs through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct 1-on-1 discovery calls to understand organizational skill gaps (e.g., leadership, communication, EQ) and propose tailored course modules.
• Product Presentations: Deliver engaging online or in-person demonstrations of soft skills training programs to senior HR stakeholders.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales funnel in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation of client feedback.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly or quarterly revenue targets by converting high-potential leads into enterprise training contracts.

○ Coordinate with finance for payroll queries and discrepancies.

●HR Compliance and Reporting:

○ Support HR with compliance tasks, such as ensuring the company adheres to labor laws and

employment regulations.

○ Prepare HR reports, including headcount, turnover rates, and other metrics as needed.

● Employee Relations Support:

○ Provide general administrative support to HR managers and employees.

○ Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

● Training and Development:

○ Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other employee development activities.

○ Maintain records of training and professional development activities.

● General Administrative Tasks:

○ Assist in managing office supplies, HR documents, and communication materials.

○ Coordinate meetings, appointments, and other scheduling activities for the HR department.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

● Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar administrative role.

● Strong knowledge of HR software, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and HRIS systems.

● Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

● Attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality.

● Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.

● Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to tasks.

Working Days:

Monday to Friday 10 am - 7 pm (WFO)

Saturdays-10 am - 3 pm (WFH)

Snowflake Data Engineer

Job Description:

·        Overall Experience : 5+ years of experience in Snowflake and Python.

·        Experience of 5+ years in data preparation. BI projects to understand business requirements in BI context and understand data model to transform raw data into meaningful data using snowflake and Python.

·        Designing and creating data models that define the structure and relationships of various data elements within the organization. This includes conceptual, logical, and physical data models, which help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

·        Designing data integration solutions that allow different systems and applications to share and exchange data seamlessly. This may involve selecting appropriate integration technologies, developing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and ensuring data quality during the integration process.

·        Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.

·        Good knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP

·        Good hands-on knowledge of Snowflake is a must. Experience with various data ingestion methods (Snow pipe & others), time travel and data sharing and other Snowflake capabilities
