Role & Responsibilities

You will act as a force multiplier for the founders, owning GTM and scaling initiatives end-to-end: from strategy to execution to operating cadence.

GTM Strategy & Execution-

• Own the end-to-end ABM motion, unifying outbound, brand, and partnerships into a cohesive GTM flywheel.
• ICP evolution and segmentation
• Account and lead book rigor
• Messaging frameworks and multi-channel experimentation
• Automation for precision and scale
• Diagnose and unblock funnel bottlenecks using data-driven analysis in partnership with channel owners.
• Translate ambitious growth targets into:
• Clear operating cadences
• Dashboards and metrics
• First-principles optimisation loops
• Drive daily pipeline reviews, stand-ups, and execution cadences across outbound and RevOps
• Evolve reporting, play books, and metrics to enable real-time iteration and 10x scale.

Building & Leading GTM Teams

• Hire, mentor, and scale multi-layer GTM teams (managers + ICs).
• Instil execution rigour, accountability, and ownership across functions.
• Raise the operating bar across GTM through process, clarity, and cadence.

Ideal Candidate

• Top college graduate with experience in Founder’s Office / GTM Strategy / Growth / Strategy / Operations / Revenue Ops roles, preferably in startup or high-growth environments
• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6+ years of experience in roles such as Founder’s Office, GTM Strategy, Growth, Strategy, Consulting, Revenue Ops, Startup leadership, VC, or Ex-Founder roles
• Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have direct experience working with founders and/or senior leadership, owning high-impact initiatives with end-to-end responsibility
• Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have hands-on team leadership experience, with direct people management responsibility for a minimum of 2 team members.
• Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have played a key role in scaling journeys such as 0→1, 1→10, or 1→100, including building processes, charters, and execution frameworks from scratch
• Mandatory (Experience 5): Must demonstrate strong first-principles thinking with hands-on execution, not limited to advisory or planning-only roles
• Mandatory (Graduation): Undergraduation from Top 7 IITs (Kharagpur, Mumbai, Madras, Kanpur, Delhi, Roorkee, Guwahati) or BITS Pilani – Pilani campus
• Mandatory (Graduation Year): Candidates should have graduated between 2015 and 2020
• Mandatory (Current CTC): Should be greater than 35L.
• Mandatory (Note) : Product Managers' profiles will not be considered for this role.
• Mandatory (Overall Experience): Candidate’s overall experience should not exceed 12 years.
• Preferred (Early Career): Tier-1 internship or full-time role immediately post graduation; strong extracurricular or leadership experience during graduation is a plus

Role: SAP Basis Administrator

Location: Any USI (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkatta, Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram)

Budget: 25 LPA

Technical Skills:

·      SAP System Expertise:

·      Installation, Configuration, and Upgrades: Proficiency in installing, configuring, and upgrading SAP systems and components (e.g., ECC, HANA, BOBJ). 

·      Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues within the SAP environment. 

·      Performance Tuning: Knowledge of techniques to optimize SAP system performance, ensuring efficient operation. 

·      SAP Security: Expertise in managing SAP security, including user administration, role management, and authorization management. 

·      Transport Management: Understanding and proficiency in using the SAP Transport Management System (TMS) to manage software changes across the SAP landscape. 

·      Operating Systems and Database Administration:

·      Proficiency in Operating Systems: Familiarity with operating systems like Windows, Linux, and Unix, which are commonly used in SAP environments. 

·      Database Administration: Knowledge of database technologies used with SAP, such as SAP HANA or other relational databases. 

·      Monitoring Tools:

·      SAP Solution Manager: Mastery of SAP Solution Manager and other monitoring tools to proactively detect potential issues. 

·      Scripting and Automation: Ability to use scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python) to automate tasks and improve efficiency. 

·      Other Technical Skills:

·      Data Migration: Understanding data migration processes and tools to ensure data integrity during upgrades or system refreshes. 

·      Java: Knowledge of Java for managing Java-based SAP applications and components. 

·      ABAP: Basic understanding of ABAP programming language for interacting with SAP systems. 

·      SQL: Knowledge of SQL for database queries and administration.

Roles and Responsibilities for Android Developer(2-4yrs)

• Creating Android Apps using native technologies set Java, Kotlin, Android studio.
• Developing, releasing, and maintaining Android Applications and also coordinate and participate in the backend coding, API development, and testing.
• Ability to participate in the design process also, be able to understand user experience and work with design team accordingly.
• Good understanding of the latest Android features and libraries such as Retrofit, Volley, SQLite, RxJava.
• Good understanding of designing architecture such as MVC, MVP, MVVM.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SDK integration, Firebase, and Analytics platforms.
• Good Knowledge in OO design, JAVA, Kotlin, RESTful APIs, JSON, Android SDK, Eclipse and Android Studio and also AWS.
• Knowledge of SQLite, Graph & Chart API and other Google APIs and UI & UX designing.
