Sr Software Engineer

Position Responsibilities :

Developer working on API Integration and feature enhancement work in AWS Environment.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering/related fields or equivalent industry experience.

2+ years of software development experience in building and shipping production software or services with code in languages such as Node.js, Java, PostgreSql and AWS infrastructure.

Adopt industry best practices in all your projects - TDD, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, linting 

Good communications skills, both verbal and written.

• B.Tech or M.Tech or equivalent with at least 3-year of experience
• Build abstractions and contracts with separation of concerns for a larger scope.
• Extensive programming experience in any one programming language like Node.js/, Java, etc.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming

Ability to work with complex business flows and dealing with huge amounts of data. Prior work experience in an agile environment or continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI or CD)

Experience of building robust and scalable web-application is good to have

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Proven inside sales experience
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Summary
- Expand the product to suit the needs of all kinds of travellers. From family travellers to hardcore backpackers and from free independent travellers to those who need a more guided approach to planning their trip. 
- Launch across more countries. This means adding support for more geographies, things to do, weather, currencies and payments, transport and accommodation. 
- Scale it up to serve millions of users a year, from across the globe. We are seeing decent growth, but it is time to up the game.

Responsibilities and Duties
How you'll add value: 
- Own the architecture and design decisions that go into shaping our backend microservices 
- Build and ship robust features. 
- Work with web and mobile engineers to design and build APIs to power the traveler and influencer applications. 
- Help us scale out to multiple geographies and serve millions of travelers
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- An innate desire to grow. Both personally and with respect to the value you add to other people's lives. 
- 4+ years industry experience working with golang/Django
- Sound understanding of CS fundamentals. We don't expect you to remember every algorithm by heart. But if you know how to find the most appropriate one for any given problem, let's talk. 
- Personal projects that show an aptitude for technical excellence and product sense. 
- Interest in contributing to open source projects 
- Bonus points if you have an interest in the philosophy behind technologies. - You are intrigued by why did people develop certain technologies the way they did.

Salary: ₹2,000,000.00 to ₹3,000,000.00 /year

• Should have a good experience selling IT sales services in the USA/Europe region
• Should have knowledge of IT services like Web services, Cloud Services, Mobile Technology.
• Experience working in B2B Sales
• Create and implement sales strategies in line with the company's growth objectives
• Managing prospective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
• Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with global accounts, to maximize sales
• The ability to write reports and proposals
• Comfortable working in different time zones to connect with our target audience
• Experience working with end-to-end sales from lead generation to lead conversion.
• Proven track record for closing new deals with both large and mid-size companies

• Lead generation skills for IT services projects
• Develop and execute strategies to expand inbound lead/demand generation
• Must have good working experience in Upwork, Freelance.com, PeoplePerHour
• Good communication skills verbal as well as written is must

• Manage diaries, schedule and document meetings and appointments.
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day business issues.
• Typing, compiling and preparing internal and external - reports, presentations, emails and correspondence.
• Conducting research and analysis on behalf of the manager.

• Acting as a first point of contact for the CEO.
• Organising events and conferences.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
• Help plan,design and launch business new processes, initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
• Act as a mediator to help manage various tasks, assignments and projects.
• Manage databases and information systems.
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

• Identifying requirements, and finding products and solutions.
• Find vendors & suppliers, and get quotations.
• Create pricing and feature comparison sheets.
• Do end-to-end, order management; ordering, order tracking, and quality-check on delivery.
• Manage refund & replacement process including customer care interactions, and coordinating with the finance department.

• Duration Available: for a minimum duration of 6 months.
• Pay: You will be paid a stipend.
• Location Availability: for full time (in-office) internship in Jaipur.
• Education & Work experience: Relevant degree in Business Management. Additional training will be a plus. Some experience in an office environment is preferred.
• Software and Applications: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, emailing, calendaring and productivity software.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
