Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive who will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
• Major focus on fresher hiring
• Actively source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
• Identify and reach out to relevant talent for open roles
• Manage initial screening and candidate coordination
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers and pipelines 
• Conduct HR orientation and ensure smooth joining formalities.

2. Administrative & Office Management

• Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning
• Manage vendor coordination (housekeeping, travel, office supplies, etc.)
• Handle asset management, including tracking and maintenance of office equipment
• Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems

3. Travel & Logistics

• Handle end-to-end travel bookings (flights, hotels, cabs)
• Plan itineraries and ensure seamless coordination
• Maintain travel records and expense documentation 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR.
• 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or an HR executive role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.

We are building an AI-powered chatbot platform and looking for an AI/ML Engineer with strong backend skills as our first technical hire. You will be responsible for developing the core chatbot engine using LLMs, creating backend APIs, and building scalable RAG pipelines.

You should be comfortable working independently, shipping fast, and turning ideas into real product features. This role is ideal for someone who loves building with modern AI tools and wants to be part of a fast-growing product from day one.

Responsibilities

• Build the core AI chatbot engine using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama etc.)

• Develop backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI/Flask)

• Create RAG pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma)

• Implement embeddings, prompt flows, and conversation logic

• Integrate chatbot with web apps, WhatsApp, CRMs and 3rd-party APIs

• Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability

• Work directly with the founder in shaping the product and roadmap

Requirements

• Strong experience with LLMs & Generative AI

• Excellent Python skills with FastAPI/Flask

• Hands-on experience with LangChain or RAG architectures

• Vector database experience (Pinecone/FAISS/Chroma)

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend development

• Ability to work independently, experiment fast, and deliver clean code

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud (AWS/GCP)

We are looking for a Program Manager who can drive our programs across a maximum of 6 centers and ensure the seamless delivery of the programs in line with the organization’s objectives to the complete satisfaction of learners and their parents.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will be responsible for 

• Effective implementation of program across 6 centers with regard to learner satisfaction,learning outcomes and parent satisfaction

• End to end training in content,learning system,operations and implementation

• Ensuring venue readiness in terms of room setup,material availability etc before the program starts and act as single point of contact for venue partner,parents and learners

• Coordinating kitting ,packing and transportation of materials to and from venues.

• Creating,Updating and maintaining a learner and parent database across all venues

• Creating schedules across venues and communicate the same to facilitators,parents,learners

• Rescheduling of classes at venues as required

• Observing the classrooms and documenting the observations for mentoring facilitators

• Conduct meetings with facilitators and teams to discuss the observations from classroom observation

• Collecting data/feedback from facilitators,learners,parents and classroom observations and loop it back to  Leo & Mike team for appropriate interventions in content and program improvement

• Initiating appropriate interventions wherever required with respect to learner and parent issues

• Managing the post sale communication to parents regarding the programs and communicating about learners to parents through the facilitators

     Requirements
