Admission Counselor

The Admission Counselor serves as a key representative of the institution, guiding prospective students through the admissions process and helping them make informed enrollment decisions. This role involves student outreach, application review, counseling, and collaboration with internal teams to meet enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and families on academic programs, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures
• Manage a recruitment pipeline from inquiry to enrollment
• Review and evaluate applications for admission in accordance with institutional policies
• Conduct campus tours, information sessions, webinars, and recruitment events
• Communicate with prospective students via phone, email, text, and in-person meetings
• Maintain accurate student records and data in the CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing, financial aid, and academic departments to support recruitment efforts
• Represent the institution at high schools, college fairs, and community events
• Support enrollment targets and contribute to retention initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, student services, sales, or counseling (entry-level candidates may be considered)

Role Overview

We are seeking passionate AI/LLM Engineering Interns who can:

• Fine-tune LLMs for legal domain use-cases
• Train and experiment with open-source foundation models
• Work with large datasets efficiently
• Build RAG pipelines and text-processing frameworks
• Run model training workflows on Google Colab / Kaggle / Cloud GPUs

This is a hands-on engineering and research internship — you will work directly with senior founders & technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Fine-tune transformer-based models (Llama, Mistral, Gemma, etc.)
• Build and preprocess legal datasets at scale
• Develop efficient inference & training pipelines
• Evaluate models for accuracy, hallucinations, and trustworthiness
• Implement RAG architectures (vector DBs + embeddings)
• Work with GPU environments (Colab/Kaggle/Cloud)
• Contribute to model improvements, prompt engineering & safety tuning

Must-Have Skills

Key Responsibilities:

Accountable for functionally supporting Trafigura’s IT deliverables for the TMS application. Including;

6.      Ensuring TMS application supports the agreed business requirements.

Main responsibilities and duties:

 Reviews deals on Salesforce with a commercial mindset and assesses the strength and

revenue potential of the deal.

 Has a good understanding of deal structures, and key KPIs e.g. discount, fee etc and uses this

knowledge to suggest improvements to submitted deals in order to maximise potential

profit.

 Works closely with the Merchandiser to ensure deals on-site are bringing in incremental

sales and aren’t cannibalising other deals.

 Provides relevant focus to the sales team to improve quality of deal submissions.

 Prioritises approved deals on the copy board, ensuring deals are written in priority order,

ensuring deals launch in time for key selling periods.

 Schedules launch date of deals.

 Identifies top deals that require a more in-depth write-up from the copy team and ensures

these are written in a timely manner.

Technical Skills required:

 BCom/BBA/MBA Degree or previous experience in a relevant sector
