
Corporate Events Operation Manager
Reporting To: Director / Business Head
Experience Required: 6+ years in core corporate event operations, including pan-India execution
Job Overview:
Seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Operations Manager to lead the planning and seamless execution of corporate events across India. The role involves managing end-to-end event operations—from client brief to on-ground execution—for multi-location, large-scale corporate events. The individual will ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery of all operational elements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Strategy & Execution
- Lead operations for formats like conferences, product launches, MICE, town halls, exhibitions, dealer meets, and employee engagement events
- Convert client briefs into structured execution plans with timelines and deliverables
- Create and manage project plans, logistics trackers, and checklists
2. Pan-India Project Handling
- Independently manage events across multiple states and cities
- Build and maintain a strong vendor and logistics network
- Conduct site visits, venue recces, and manage on-ground execution when needed
3. Vendor & Production Management
- Identify and onboard vendors for AV, fabrication, manpower, licensing, branding, etc.
- Negotiate pricing and manage quality, timelines, and regulatory compliance
4. Team Leadership & Internal Coordination
- Lead and mentor operations executives and on-ground managers
- Collaborate with internal teams including creative, design, accounts, and servicing
5. Client Communication
- Work closely with client servicing and handle operational discussions with clients
- Manage real-time problem-solving during events and ensure smooth client experience
6. Budget Control & Documentation
- Prepare cost sheets and vendor payment plans
- Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality
- Handle contracts, invoicing, and post-event reporting/documentation
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 6 years of corporate event operations experience
- Strong exposure to pan-India event execution
- Deep knowledge of production, AV, fabrication, logistics, and venue operations
- Proven multitasking, budgeting, and time management skills
- Team leadership, vendor/stakeholder management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and crisis-handling ability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Event Management, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or similar
- PMP or other project management certification (optional)
- Prior experience in BTL/experiential marketing agencies working with corporate clients (FMCG, Pharma, IT, BFSI, etc.)

- Data Volume Management activities like index quality analysis and rebuilding.
- Monitoring & control database growth and perform DBA operations as required. Monitor status of database archive logs for smooth operation of SAP systems.
Desirable Skills - Database Administration (HANA I Sybase I Oracle) Manage and maintain database for SAP and Non-SAP applications/systems Monitor, administer the database and troubleshoot database related issues.
