Job Overview:

Seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Operations Manager to lead the planning and seamless execution of corporate events across India. The role involves managing end-to-end event operations—from client brief to on-ground execution—for multi-location, large-scale corporate events. The individual will ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery of all operational elements.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Event Strategy & Execution

  • Lead operations for formats like conferences, product launches, MICE, town halls, exhibitions, dealer meets, and employee engagement events
  • Convert client briefs into structured execution plans with timelines and deliverables
  • Create and manage project plans, logistics trackers, and checklists


2. Pan-India Project Handling

  • Independently manage events across multiple states and cities
  • Build and maintain a strong vendor and logistics network
  • Conduct site visits, venue recces, and manage on-ground execution when needed


3. Vendor & Production Management

  • Identify and onboard vendors for AV, fabrication, manpower, licensing, branding, etc.
  • Negotiate pricing and manage quality, timelines, and regulatory compliance


4. Team Leadership & Internal Coordination

  • Lead and mentor operations executives and on-ground managers
