Technical Writer

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Developer Intern, you will take on significant responsibilities in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS Cloud services. We seek individuals who are self-motivated, energetic, and capable of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.

• Develop user-friendly web applications using Next.js and React.js.
• Create and implement RESTful APIs using Node.js.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software development.
• Deliver projects on time while maintaining a strong focus on performance and user experience.
• Manage data effectively using PostgreSQL databases.
• Code Quality & Reviews: Maintain code quality standards and conduct regular code reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality, error-free code.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks to ensure a seamless and lightning-fast platform experience.
• Bug Fixing & Maintenance: Monitor platform performance and proactively address any issues or bugs to keep the platform running flawlessly.
• Contribute innovative ideas and solutions during team discussions and brainstorming sessions.
• Communicate openly and honestly with team members, sharing insights and feedback constructively.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and demonstrate a willingness to learn more.

Qualification:

• Graduate/Post-Graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (specifically Next.js and React.js).
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud services is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to share ideas openly.
• High energy level and passion for contributing to the company’s success with integrity and honesty.

• Strong knowledge in Power BI (DAX + Power Query + Power BI Service + Power BI  Desktop
• Visualizations) and Azure Data Storages.
• Should have experience in Power BI mobile Dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• AAS Data model Deployment in Azure, Querying data from AAS to build Reports
• Experience in developing, optimizing, and administering Tabular Models in 'Azure Analysis service'.

• Design and Create AAS/OLAP/ Tabular cubes and automate processes for analytical needs.
• Good knowledge of DWH concepts.  
• Expertise in developing OLAP cubes and developing complex calculations, Aggregations, implementing a dynamic security model using DAX functions in - Azure Analysis service

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential buyers from internal and CP generated leads.
2. Understand buyer requirements including budget, location, configuration, and purchase timeline.
3. Pitch relevant properties aligned with buyer needs and preferences.
4. Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and improve conversion.
5. Coordinate and schedule site visits with the ground team.
6. Ensure smooth handover of qualified buyers to the field sales team for closure.
7. Maintain accurate lead tracking and updates in CRM systems.
8. Achieve assigned demand-side conversion and engagement

targets.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in calling-based sales or customer engagement roles.
• Prior exposure to real estate, interior design, renting, or allied industries.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a polished and professional calling approach.
• Ability to understand customer needs and pitch solutions
• effectively.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced

environment.

Role: Business Development Associate

Work Schedule: 6 days/week (Sat and Sun compulsory working, week-off will be between Mon-Fri)

Shift Window: Between 5:00 AM to 3:00 AM
