Job Description:

• Meeting with corporate /institutional customers and assessing their insurance requirements, capture key demographics and present them with viable proposals.

• Network and engage with CFO/HR heads and other key decision-makers in the company

• Develop, maintain and retain excellent relationship with clients.

• Achieve revenue targets

• Ensure client Acquisition and help in increasing the revenue for the company with new business and cross sell opportunities

• Prepare client Road Map for the Upcoming corporate Renewal in the General Insurance Business

• Interacting with client to gather the required set of information to offer best insurance program to corporate

• Understanding the business process of the client and suggesting the proper insurance policies along with value added cover

• Handling corporate client in direct channel /Agency channel for General Insurance.

• Report daily MIS and tracking of targets & personal meeting with clients. He/she shall keep up breast of the latest developments & report to the Products/

• Quotes team of the upcoming client requirements to innovate the

product/service mix

• Ensure end-to end single point service for the customer, to win and maintain his trust

• Maintain effective documentation of the leads generated and customers acquired/ serviced and share MIS To regularly enter data in the software for capturing leads, customer contacted, servicing done, etc.

• Maintain MIS on key performance indicators

• Relevant Experience in SME insurance product
• Strong track record in direct/agency channel sales

Job Description:

To be part of Netelixir's Engineering Development Team in Digital Marketing, Consumer Insights, Analytics and Ecommerce Domains which caters to about 100 Ecommerce clients in USA & European Geographies

• Should have implemented at least 2-3 projects using React Interface (ReactJS, React Native).
• Experience with standard libraries for routing, state managers like Redux, knowledge of ES6 and Lodash.
• Familiarity with one of the design systems such as Material UI.
• Strong hands on exposure to convert visual designs to React based web interfaces
• Integration of the React with backend services.
• Exposure to building and integration of web interface with the backend service APIs implemented on Restful, SOAP etc.
• Proficiency in one or more of Java, Tomcat, MySql, MongoDB, Python, Angular, Bootstrap, JQuery, JS Frameworks, JSP, HTML5 CSS Frameworks will be added advantage. 

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop Digital communication waveforms like QAM, QPSK, OFDM
• Simulate and analysis link budget, path loss, Noise margins, Coding gain for various path loss models.
• Should be strong in signal processing, AGC, Channel encoding, Channel estimation, Collision detection.
• Jointly work with other PHY development teams for implementing the designs.
• Should have knowledge in legacy modulation techniques like FM and AM

 Role:

• Understand complex business problems and implement product features that are secure, scalable, robust and easy to implement and maintain.
• Take full ownership of product features to implement, provide bug fixes and write tests and tooling for those features to ensure they work well at cloud scale.

 Required skills:

• C#/ASP.NET/Javascript/MVC guru with the ability to understand complex domain problems and churn out a PoC quickly.
