Job Title: CRM Executive

Location: Thane (Majiwada)

Age Requirement: Up to 30 Years

Experience: 1–2 years (Pharma industry – Cardio-Diabetic segment preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support CRM activities.
• Generate and analyze reports using MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams.
• Support day-to-day CRM operations to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication & coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
• Pharma experience in Cardio-Diabetic segment is mandatory.

Note: This is a top priority position – immediate joiners will be preferred.

The role

We are looking for a new graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Key skills and experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Adobe InDesign
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
• You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different team members
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web

Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred

Must Have Experience:

The ideal candidate should be a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a team player.

Should have hands-on experience in the following:

• He or she should have experience of at least 3-5 years in Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Excellent in-depth knowledge in Cursors, Indexes, Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages,
• Triggers, Exception Handling.
• Excellent in-depth knowledge in Collections, Records, Bulk Collect, Views
• Knowledge of Dynamic SQL
• Exposure in Performance Tuning, Explain Plan
• Should have worked in SDLC environment
• Good communication skills
• Experience in working effectively within a team as well as an individual contributor

• Substantial experience in building large complex and performant web applications using HTML5, CSS3, Typescript and Javascript across multiple browsers (Especially IE11).
• Experience in frameworks such as React (Redux, Redux Thunk or Saga, React Router, React Hooks) , Node JS and good understanding of the basics of these frameworks and their life cycles.(MUST HAVE)
• Experience in frameworks like Bootstrap and CSS pre-processors like SASS and LESS is desirable.
• Deeper understanding of network layer, HTTP, HTTPS, cookies, local storage.
• Knowledge to handle real-time async data would be a plus.
• Good knowledge on build tools like Webpack and Gulp
• Good knowledge on testing tools like Jest, Cypress, Jasmine, Karma, etc
• Experience in Git source control 
• Deeper understanding of Chrome Dev Tools.
• Deeper knowledge of UI optimizations and performance.
• Excellent communication skills, good visual design sense, in-depth experience in developing web-based applications.
• Experience leading multi engineer projects and mentoring junior engineers.
• Command an impressive portfolio of the latest UI technologies is a plus
