- Work directly with enterprise customers to replicate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues
- Build out a growing technical team distributed across the Asia-Pacific region with core support process and skills
- Work with our developers to identify defects and opportunities for product improvement
- Improve the serviceability of the product by testing new features and developing tools to scale our deployments and auto-support infrastructure
- Define and inspire changes to our product with our development engineering team based on feedback from customers and partner implementations
- Develop and contribute to internal and external knowledge bases
- Provide support on weekdays and also off-hours on an as-needed and scheduled rotational basis
- Be a champion for our customers. Go above and beyond to ensure customers are getting the most out of their investment in the company platform.

- Professional experience troubleshooting at least five of the following: Linux Sysadmin experience, Kubernetes, ansible, Postgres, MongoDB, MySQL, Cassandra, Database Administration, management of distributed systems, network troubleshooting including tcpdump, query performance, performance troubleshooting with tools like perf and strace
- Well recommended candidates will have experience scripting and writing code in Python, Bash, and Java, or have some full-stack web development experience.
- 12+ years in a technical support role required
- Prior experience as a technical lead preferred

Role Overview:
The Customer Success Executive will be the first line of interaction for our merchants, combining customer support excellence with proactive success ownership. You will ensure merchants feel supported, resolve operational queries quickly, and guide them towards using Printrove effectively to grow their business.
This role is critical as you’ll act as the bridge between our merchants and internal teams (operations, sales, product).
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support (Reactive):
- Respond to merchant tickets and inquiries on Zoho Desk with empathy and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot operational issues such as orders, printing, shipping, or integrations.
- Escalate recurring or critical issues to the operations/product teams and ensure closure.
Customer Success (Proactive):
- Onboard new merchants smoothly — guide them through integrations, catalog access, and first sample orders.
- Nudge merchants towards success milestones (placing their first order, upgrading to Business Plan, scaling monthly orders).
- Track merchant health metrics (order frequency, repeat rates, quality issues) and follow up proactively.
- Collaborate with the Sales/KAM team to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services.
Collaboration & Ownership:
- Document recurring issues, feedback, and feature requests into Zoho CRM/ClickUp.
- Partner with Operations to resolve root causes of quality or shipping complaints.
- Support Marketing in community campaigns, webinars, and engagement initiatives for merchants.
- Continuously improve knowledge base, playbooks, and SOPs to make merchant support more efficient.
