UX DESIGNER

Job Description:

• This is BPO Night shift job (US Voice process) in Nagercoil.

• This is purely night shift with fix saturday sunday off .

• This is not sales or tele marketing, it is to help the US citizens .

• It is work from office only. with salary range 15000 to 25000 per month along with unlimited incentives based on leads that you generate.(per lead you get Rs 500)

Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to international customers.

• This is US Government project that you will be working on where you get the details of customers and complete the further process.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.

• Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and ensure positive feedback.

Requirements:

• Freshers and Experienced both can apply.

• Excellent communication skills / Fluency in English.

• Ensure Timely& Professional Responses to all queries.

• Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.

• Night shift only.(7.30 PM to 4.30 AM.)

Hiring Technical Lead

You will scale and lead Procol’s engineering teams. You’ll be instrumental in driving the product vision and will be responsible for hiring, developing and leading engineers to seamlessly execute our technical roadmap.

We are looking for a React Developer to join our awesome team and deliver a streamlined user experience. As a React Developer, you will implement a complete user interface in the form of a mobile / desktop web app & handle its integration with back-end.

• Good understanding of AJAX and JavaScript DOM manipulation Techniques
• Experience with RESTful services
• Experience in JavaScript build tools like grunt or gulp
• Hands-on and implements complex React JS and React Native modules
• Able to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git)

The Role Expectation

Responsibilities

• Understand CW'S strategic position to deliver features
• Drive product development to build end to end solutions with a team of engineers and designers.
• Serve as a product owner and work with the Product managers to write user stories, prioritize the product backlog, and work closely with engineers to deliver a good product
• Work with UX to analyze current user experiences to define friction points and create seamless and effortless experiences
• Develop a product roadmap and work with cross-functional teams (business, operations, development, UX, analytics) to execute on the roadmap
• Track the task and utilization of the engineers on the team
• Work with the Architect to ensure that a high performance and highly scalable system is engineered
• Apply analytics to evaluate launch outcomes and ongoing platform performance to help build best in class experiences.
• Ensure that best practices and standards are inculcated and ownership is properly delegated within the team
• Bring in the best Agile practices and ensure code quality and code coverage

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferably CS or related discipline
• 5+ of experience in SaaS based product development for the web as well as mobile devices with experience on applications using Python, React and NoSQL, SQL, Search technologies, etc.
• 3+ of technical project management driving end to end implementation from defining user stories to testing and deployment of features
• Strong ability to translate product needs to technology and understand technology.
• Detail-oriented, unfazed by technical detail, committed to flawless execution
• Ability to think out of the box to solve problems
• Ability to participate in technical discussions and help make technical trade-offs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; clarity of thought; Team player; ability to interface and build relations at all levels
