Facade Designer JD :

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop facade concepts, details, and technical drawings.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integration.

Prepare 2D/3D models, renderings, and specifications for facade systems.

Research and recommend materials, finishes, and sustainable technologies.

Review shop drawings, prototypes, and mock-ups for compliance with design intent.

Provide technical support during tendering, procurement, and construction phases.

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit.

Strong knowledge of facade materials (glass, aluminum, stone, composites).

Understanding of building physics and envelope performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an ERP Developer / ERP Technical Consultant
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally ERP, or custom ERP)
• Proficiency in backend languages (Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP depending on ERP platform)
• Solid understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server)
• Experience with API development and integration (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Strong knowledge of business processes (finance, HR, payroll, sales, inventory, supply chain)
• Hands-on experience in custom module development and ERP reporting
• Proficient in Git/version control and CI/CD practices
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Odoo, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ERP deployment
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and automation
• Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or service industry ERPs

1. To facilitate the efficient administration of bids, bid reviews and associated bid documentation.
2. Tender preparation from preparation to delivery, manages the entire tendering process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tender proposals and submissions, complying with regulations, and maintaining records and databases to improve future submissions.
3. Maintains contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, ..
4. Develops marketing strategies to promote and charter hire vessels, conducts market research, analyzes trends and provides data to senior Managers for development of Strategies.
5. Content Creation and Management which includes developing and managing marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media content.
6. Identification of vessels from domestic & foreign markets.
7. Interaction with Company clients & customers.
8. Market Research and Analysis which includes Conducting market research to identify target audiences, analyze trends, and evaluate competitor activities.
9. Data Analysis and Reporting which is Monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and measure ROI ( Risk of Investment) for Vessel RFQ.
10. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

• Solicit and collate market intelligence for development of business strategy.
• Coordinate and work with internal cross-functional departments & companies to support the execution and delivery of projects.

• Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of vessel to client.

Must have

Proven understanding of Data Modelling and Analytics

Advanced knowledge and experience working with relational and NOSQL databases as well as data warehousing.

Experience of working with Microsoft’s BI technology stack SSIS, SSRS, SSAS (tabular model), Power BI, Power Query, Excel.

Experience with Microsoft Azure Analytics tools and technologies such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Bricks, HD Insight, Azure Data Factory, Azure Machine learning, Azure Stream Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure Analysis Services, Event Hubs, Azure Data Explorer, Azure Data Share, Azure Time Series Insights.

Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a proven ability to explain complex technical ideas and problems clearly to non-experts

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide the organisation with accurate and timely BI solutions based on requirements gathered through business partnering activities

Maintain and support existing BI solutions

Proactively source new and innovative solutions that provide clear business value and construct ‘proof of concepts’ to demonstrate the new solutions

Proactively identify any technical project risks/issues related to BI

Estimate and deliver BI project tasks to agreed prioritisation and timeframes

Support the IT Service Delivery team with the BI reporting environment

Assist product owners in designing, agreeing, implementing and managing changes to the BI environment
