Job Summary:
1. Sourcing and Recruiting Candidates: Responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting candidates for job vacancies. This includes online job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals and other recruitment methods to attract and screen potential candidates.
2. Conducting Interviews: Screening potential candidates to assess their suitability for the job which includes evaluating their skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.

6. Maintaining Candidates Database: Maintain database of potential candidates, keeping track of their resumes, qualifications, and other relevant information. Ensure that the organization has a pool of suitable candidates to choose from for future requirements.

What You'll Do:
- Understand the upcoming development requirement of product in depth.
- Design product architecture as per vision, insights and concurred direction.
- Design and develop the APIs using Java, Spring, and Hibernate required for the product and expose them to be used by the front-end developers.
- Design the database and tables in MySQL/PostGreSQL/NoSQL (whichever is suitable for the need of the product) and guide the team to utilize them in the best possible way.
- Get involved in continuous maintenance of the product and get the bugs fixed in time.
- Coordinate the workflow between the UX Designers and front-end developers.

Ideal Profile:
- Proficiency in Core Java & Spring framework.

- Experience in building REST APIs using Java/Spring.
- Excellent knowledge in Databases and code integrations such as Postgres SQL, SQL Server, MySQL.

What you will do:
- Devising campaigns and strategies to increase end-consumer sign-up

What you need to have:

- Ability to build a trackable and transparent leads pipeline for sales teams to hunt
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with analytics and event tracking tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
