Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning strategies that align with organizational goals. The role focuses on enhancing employee performance, leadership development, and creating a strong learning culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a part of the leadership and HR team, you will be expected to independently manage end-to-end learning and development initiatives, which include:

• Develop and manage comprehensive Learning & Development strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct training needs analysis across departments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Design, implement, and manage training programs including onboarding, technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs.
• Lead leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
• Manage internal and external training resources, vendors, and facilitators.
• Measure training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, assessments, and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with senior management to align learning initiatives with organizational growth plans.
• Drive employee engagement through continuous learning initiatives and career development programs.
• Maintain training calendars, learning documentation, and MIS reports for management review.
• Ensure consistency in learning standards, content quality, and delivery across the organization.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Learning & Development Manager.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing L&D frameworks and learning strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and modern learning methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism, leadership ability, and strategic thinking.

• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code. 
• Providing technical oversight to the team, involved in design and code review.
• You would also be spending most of the time in development activities in varied technologies and should have a passion to write code.
• Should be able to create good technical documents.
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. 
• Prepare the technical design of complex technology components as well as suggest the pros and cons of using a certain technology stack or component or design pattern versus another, to the clients.
• Team Management.

• Qualifications: BTECH/MTECH/MCA/MSc.
• Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems with a knack for writing clean, readable Java code, writing reusable Java libraries along with knowledge of multithreading, concurrency patterns, and collections in Java. 
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming along with various design and architectural patterns.
• Hands on experience with JMS, JPA, Spring (MVC, Boot & Cloud preferred) & Hibernate.
• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful.  Experience with Presentation Layer (JSP/Servlets), JS Frameworks (Angular, jQuery, react, etc.).
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes and experience with both external and embedded databases. Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, Ant, Maven, and Gradle; continuous integration.
• Knowledge in xml based mappings, SAML, rest clients, CAS authentication and Jetty.
• Knowledge of Apache Camel and Kafka and Drools Rule Engine is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
• Previous experience working as a React.js Developer.(2-8 years)
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• should have hands-on experience in backend software development using Java.
• should have proven expertise in Spring Boot REST/Microservices.
• should have working experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

Required skill

• Around 6- 8.5 years of experience and around 4+ years in AI / Machine learning space
• Extensive experience in designing large scale machine learning solution for the ML use case,  large scale deployments and establishing continues automated improvement / retraining framework.
• Strong experience in Python and Java is required.
• Hands on experience on Scikit-learn, Pandas, NLTK
• Experience in Handling of Timeseries data and associated techniques like Prophet, LSTM
• Experience in Regression, Clustering, classification algorithms
• Extensive experience in buildings traditional Machine Learning SVM, XGBoost, Decision tree and Deep Neural Network models like RNN, Feedforward is required.
• Experience in AutoML like TPOT or other
• Must have strong hands on experience in Deep learning frameworks like Keras, TensorFlow or PyTorch 
• Knowledge of Capsule Network or reinforcement learning, SageMaker is a desirable skill
• Understanding of Financial domain is desirable skill
