Role Summary
We are looking for a Bengaluru-based Technical Program Manager (6+ years) to lead enterprise API and cloud integrations from pre-sales technical discussions through to successful deployment. This role acts as the primary technical bridge between our backend engineering teams and enterprise clients, managing complex system workflows, risk mitigation, and UAT without requiring active coding.
What You Will Do
- Own Integrations: Drive end-to-end integration lifecycles, API rollouts, and SDK deployments for large enterprise clients.
- Client Tech Partner: Act as the single point of contact for client technical queries, system configurations, and project escalations.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Backend Engineering teams to design technical solutions based on client use cases.
- Risk & Testing: Proactively troubleshoot integration blockers and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure smooth production go-live.
- Team Mentor: Provide guidance and process structure to junior team members.
Requirements
- 6+ years of proven experience in Technical Project or Program Management handling enterprise SaaS, APIs, or SDK environments.
- Hands-on familiarity with Cloud platforms, REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and system architecture principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience presenting technical concepts to external business clients.
- Must be currently located in or ready to work onsite/hybrid in Bengaluru.
