Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled React Native Developer to join our frontend engineering team. You will be responsible for building responsive, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. Position Overview:
As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that disabled individuals receive the best possible care and support from our team of associates. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, client relations, associate recruitment, training, and overall quality of services provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding
· Create a team of associates who will visit the customers and provide services as mentioned in the introduction note. Will be responsible for onboarding this team.
Quality Assurance:
· Establish and oversee quality assurance programs to monitor and evaluate the performance of associates.
· Conduct regular assessments, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to maintain high standards of care.
Scheduling and Coordination:
· Manage the scheduling and coordination of associates to ensure that clients receive timely and appropriate support.
· Collaborate closely with the scheduling team to accommodate individual client needs and preferences.
Compliance and Regulations:
· Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure that all operations adhere to legal and ethical standards.
· Implement and enforce compliance protocols and guidelines.
Budget Management:
· Efficiently manage the operations budget, allocating resources for recruitment, training, and ongoing support while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Emergency Response:
· Lead the development of emergency response protocols and ensure that associates are well-prepared to handle unforeseen situations while caring for disabled clients.
Continuous Improvement:
· Seek feedback from clients, associates, and their families to identify areas for enhancement and innovation in the services provided.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes.
Client Relations:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
· Ensure that individual client needs and preferences are understood and met by our associates.
Associate Recruitment and Training:
· Lead the recruitment process for associates, identifying candidates with the skills and empathy required to support disabled clients effectively.
· Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to equip associates with the knowledge and sensitivity needed to deliver exceptional care.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
· Proven experience of 4 -6 years in healthcare management, disability services, or a related field.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
· Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Desired Skills
● Minimum 4+ years of coding experience.
● Proficiency using modern web development technologies and techniques, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
● Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
● Programming experience with at least one modern framework such as ReactJS or VueJs.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary job of the incumbent is to detail and document all customer-impacting processes.
He/ She shall also be the domain expert on the credit card management system and be the interface for system enhancements as well as testing the functionalities before the release of those enhancements into production.
● Document all customer-impacting processes. Discuss with all stakeholders to lay out the processes for the organisation.
● Discussion with stakeholders on business enhancements required on Credit Card management system and automation required on satellite systems/ End User computing systems.
● Business Analysis for enhancements to the Credit Card Management System/ EUC systems.
● Lead the UAT for Credit Card Management systems/ EUC systems. Define and execute test cases for code and product changes pending implementation.
● Research transactional data to identify anomalies and facilitate process improvement efforts.
● Manage/ Control the overall process depository.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
SKILLS REQUIRED
● Deep understanding of the Credit Card life cycle.
● Deep understanding of Credit Card Management systems (Cardpac, VisionPlus, Any )
● 2/3 years’ experience in a Credit Card Operations/ Service
● Highly organized with strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.
● Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant years’ experience considered.
● Experience with use case development and testing coordination.
Knowledge of process analysis and process efficiencies.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
