Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Software Development

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Golang.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code by adhering to Go best practices and conventions.
• Develop and deploy microservices, APIs, and backend systems using Go.
• Integrate third-party services, tools, and databases with Golang applications.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability.

2. System Architecture and Design

• Collaborate with architects and lead developers to design the structure and components of the software.
• Participate in designing the overall architecture of applications, ensuring it’s modular, maintainable, and secure.
• Define API contracts and integrate with frontend teams for seamless interaction between services and front-end systems.

3. Code Maintenance and Testing

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Fix bugs and troubleshoot issues in existing Golang-based applications.
• Continuously monitor and refactor the code to improve maintainability and readability.

4. Concurrency and Parallelism

• Leverage Go’s concurrency features, such as goroutines and channels, to write highly concurrent applications that scale efficiently.
• Ensure effective use of resources by implementing parallel processing and handling multiple requests simultaneously.

5. Database Management and Integration

• Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) for data storage and retrieval.
• Write efficient queries and design database schemas that meet application needs while optimizing performance.

6. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams

• Work closely with other developers, product managers, and designers to understand the requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in agile workflows, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with DevOps for the deployment and continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure smooth application releases.

7. Documentation

• Write technical documentation and detailed code comments to make the codebase more understandable and maintainable.
• Document the design and development processes, API endpoints, and deployment procedures for better team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

8. Performance Optimization

• Analyze and optimize Go applications for better speed and resource consumption.
• Use profiling tools and best practices to identify and mitigate performance bottlenecks.
• Implement caching strategies and use efficient algorithms to improve response time.

9. Security Implementation

• Ensure secure coding practices and follow security guidelines when developing Go-based applications.
• Protect against common security threats, such as SQL injection, XSS, and CSRF.
• Implement proper encryption and authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT).

10. Version Control and Collaboration Tools

• Use version control systems like Git to manage code and collaborate with other developers.
• Engage with project management and communication tools like JIRA, Slack, or Trello for efficient project tracking.

11. Continuous Learning

• Stay updated with the latest developments in the Go language and related technologies.
• Continuously enhance programming skills and explore new libraries, tools, or frameworks to improve the software development process.

12. Deployment and Cloud Integration

• Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying Go-based applications.
• Ensure that applications are containerized using Docker and managed with Kubernetes.
• Set up automated deployment pipelines and continuous integration for efficient delivery.

Job Description: Design Consultant

As a Design Consultant for the Ligne Roset French Luxury Furniture brand, you will be responsible for working with a team at the Boutique in understanding customer requirements and crafting solutions using the Company’s product portfolio. This role requires experience in retail of luxury furniture.

Job Requirements:

Delivering an outstanding customer experience:

• Engaging with customers to understand their furniture needs and providing recommendations that meet their requirements.
• Attending to walk in customers’ inquiries.
• Promoting sales of high-end furniture and lifestyle accessories.
• Guiding customers through the purchasing process, including explaining product features and benefits, pricing, warranties, and delivery options.
• Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly, ensuring resolution to their satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Sales and Business Development:

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Proactively engaging with customers to drive sales, building customer loyalty, and increasing market share.
• Building a robust pipeline of potential customers and maintaining an accurate customer database.
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services to customers.
• Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.

Store Operations:

• Ensuring that the store is well presented, and the products are displayed attractively and prominently.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the store is adequately stocked.
• Ensuring that the store is clean, tidy, and meets health and safety standards.
• Providing feedback to the management on customer preferences, product demand, and store operations to continuously improve the business.

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Designing
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury furniture industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking information in MIS.

This role will drive the design, development and maintenance of our clients’ SharePoint environment using both programming and project management skillsets. The ideal candidate should be an experienced SharePoint professional with a programmer’s mindset and a high level of attention to detail. To ensure success as a SharePoint developer, you should have extensive knowledge of SharePoint app development using SPFx, proficiency with front-end programming languages, and the ability to solve complex software issues.

• Develop Web look Intranet Portal Collaboration Intranet Site and Branding on SharePoint platform.
• Build new landing page, department templates/pages, newsletter, banner, and videos accessible to any device.
• Implement, deploy, package, and maintain new intranet portal site and SharePoint site.
• Use SharePoint Framework SPFx to create website designs with OOTB, UI extension, page layouts, themes, and display templates.
• Code pages using HTML5, JavaScript, and Typescript, jQuery, CSS, SQL, Bootstrap or responsive design for all devices.
• Create web parts, lists/library, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management
• Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, and PowerApps/Flow.
• Migrate data from SharePoint Online to SP 2010/2013/2016 using Sharegate, Quest, or Metalogix migration tool.
