About the role

We are looking for a strong backend engineer who can design and build secure, scalable Python systems that power AI-native applications.

You will work on AI-enabled platforms, production systems, and scalable backend services that support LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and intelligent workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Django/Flask under guidance.
• Assist in building scalable and secure APIs and backend systems for AI-driven applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, data scientists, and product teams.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Support integration of AI/ML components such as LLMs and RAG pipelines.

What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join us early, own critical systems, and help shape both the product and the engineering culture from day one.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Own end-to-end product development, from user experience to backend integration
• Build and scale a modern SPA using React, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind Design intuitive, high-trust UIs for finance workflows (payments, approvals, dashboards)
• Collaborate closely with backend systems written in Go via well-designed APIs
• Translate product requirements into clean, maintainable components and state models
• Optimize frontend performance, bundle size, and load times for complex dashboards
• Work directly with founders and design partners to iterate rapidly on product direction
• Establish frontend best practices around architecture, testing, and developer experience
• Contribute across the stack when needed, including API design and data modeling discussions.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong experience with Go in production systems
• Solid backend fundamentals: APIs, distributed systems, concurrency, and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with AWS, including deploying and operating production services
• Deep familiarity with Postgres, including schema design, indexing, and performance considerations
• Comfort working in early-stage environments with ambiguity, ownership, and rapid iteration

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Strong hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and models, including LangChain,

OpenAI (GPT-4), and LLaMA

● Proven experience in LLM orchestration, workflow management, and multi-agent

system design using frameworks such as LangGraph

● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose end-to-end solutions and

contribute at an architectural/system design level

● Experience building scalable AI-backed backend services using FastAPI and

asynchronous programming patterns

● Solid experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, S3, and Load

Balancers

● Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization for deploying and managing

AI/ML applications

● Good understanding of Transformer-based architectures and how modern LLMs work

internally

● Strong skills in data processing and analysis using NumPy and Pandas

● Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib and Seaborn for analysis

and insights

● Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), including

document ingestion, embeddings, and vector search pipelines

● Experience in model optimization and training techniques, including fine-tuning,

LoRA, and QLoRA

● Experience designing and operating production-grade AI systems

● Familiarity with cost optimization, observability, and performance tuning for

LLM-based applications

Responsibilities:

 Work with development and product team to ideate software solutions

 Design client-side and server-side architecture

 Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

 Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

 Write effective APIs, Ability to quickly pick up new areas in the product and write optimal

code taking into consideration the security and performance aspects of the product.

 Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

 Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

 Create security and data protection settings

 Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

 Write technical documentation

Skills:

 Proven experience of around 4-7yrs as a Full Stack Developer.

 Should be a full stack developer who can code on cutting-edge technology stacks including

Laravel, Nodejs, Express js, Python, React, Angular, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, Elastic Search,

Docker, AWS etc. for our clients.

 Experience developing desktop and mobile applications

 Familiarity with common stacks

 Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML,

jQuery)

 Strong Knowledge of multiple back-end languages and on frameworks or platforms (Phython

/ Express JS / Django etc), API / Serverless services, DB Schema Definition.

 Good to have stakeholder management, team leading, team mentoring, code management

under critical problem

 Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX

design

 Excellent communication and teamwork skills

 Great attention to detail and analytical skills.

 Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field
