What would you be required to do?

·      Write code and tests, build prototypes, solve issues, profile, and analyze bottlenecks

·      Design performance gauging, building robust APIs to support mobile and desktop clients

·      Manage and optimize scalable distributed systems on the cloud

·      Optimization of web applications for performance and scalability

·      Develop automated tests to ensure business needs are met and allow for regression testing

·      Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging

·      Write clean code to develop functional web applications

·      Troubleshoot and debug applications

·      Perform UI tests to optimize performance

·      Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications

·      Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

·      Gather and address technical and design requirements

·      Provide training and support to internal teams

·      Build reusable code and libraries for future use

What skills we are looking for?

Skills Needed:

·      PHP Laravel Framework, PHP Design Patterns.

·      Proficient in MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

·      APIs, REST API, SOAP API, API Security, Open APIs

·      Push Notifications, Laravel Events, Queue, Observers

·      Excellent foundation in computer science, algorithms, and web design

·      Experience writing highly secure web applications

·      Experience with core AWS web-enabling technologies

·      Growth mindset, challenging status quo to find new solutions and out-of-the-box ideas

·      Experience designing RESTful APIs, specifically for mobile apps

·      Computer science degree or equivalent experience

·      Experience leading a team

·      3-6 Years’ experience in back-end development.

Required Knowledge and technical skills:
- Expert level experience designing and building web services using Java
- Hands on experience in frameworks like struts , springs, hibernate
- Experience with multiple database platforms
- Experience with high volume, mission critical applications
- Experience building distributed systems at Internet scale
- Knowledge of commonly used design patterns
- Prior experience building internet platforms from the ground up
- Understanding Microservices patterns and architectures, enterprise design and industry best practices.

• Design and implement business critical, high performance large scale services.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and extensible design.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams (Data, UX, QA etc.) on planning and execution.
• Continuously improve code quality, product execution and customer delight.
• Proactively manage stakeholder communication related to deliverables, risks, changes and dependencies.
• Building and managing automated build/test/deployment environments.
• Lead team members on functional and nonfunctional requirements and spread goals across the team.
  
  

What will you need

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with python and a backend framework (ideally django)
• 1+ years Hands-on experience working with Javascript and JS frameworks (Angular, React)
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying applications large scale applications in any language or stack
• Experience working with high scale distributed systems.
• Practical knowledge of scalable software design.
• Good working knowledge of AWS
• Proficient with APIs, web protocols, OAuth, git.
• Ability to understand and implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Well versed with Lean methodologies, TDD and Test Engineering and Automation.
• Ability to design and implement low latency RESTful services.
• Willingness to learn new languages and methodologies.
