Job Description – Videographer & Video Editor

We are looking for a skilled and creative Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content
• Handle camera equipment, lighting, and audio setup
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Create visually appealing storytelling content aligned with brand goals
• Collaborate with the team on concepts, scripts, and creative ideas
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with high production quality

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of videography and camera handling
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Good sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience in motion graphics or advanced editing
• Portfolio of previous video work

Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales with atleast 1-2years in a start-up.Should have a proven track record of closing complex deals and managing large accounts.Strong understanding of the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing, with expertise in consultative selling and solution-based salesStrong negotiation and deal-closing abilities, with the capacity to build trust and rapport with high-level stakeholders.Strong experience using CRM systems to track and manage sales pipelines, opportunities, and client interactions.Should have done a 0 to 1 sales growth storyMust be handling North region currently and candidates from Delhi preferred.

Positively engage with the public and motivate them to support INGOs by donating for a social cause.

Work with your Team Leader and Coach to achieve weekly quantity and quality fundraising targets.

Ensure you possess relevant collateral/resources to carry out your role Obtain and identify quality donors using methods outlined in Core Skills training.

Participate in training sessions as directed by your Team Leader or Coach. Actively share trained information and fundraising techniques with fellow team members

Clear, regular and timely communication with Team Leader and Coach Collegial relationships maintained with other team leaders and members.

Positive relationships built and maintained with shopping centre management/councils and local authority and regulatory rules adhered to.

Must have exp in Django. [ Mandatory]

• The ability to problem-solve and critically think.
• High level of knowledge of Python and the Django framework.
• Familiarity with event driven programming as well as the MVC.
• Good understanding of SQL databases.
• Good understanding of REST APIs.
